Season 1 had 84 episodes, season 2 is just behind it at 82 as of this episode. Crazy to think that we are only in the zexal era, and we are almost at the same episode count as season 1!!!
Just now noticing the amount of Cxyz in “Number Hunters” without a Number. For the point in Zexal where Girag was handing out Barian’s force to total strangers to build a mindwashed army and somehow none of them were actually Numbers. Astral was not handing over his memories loosely for just that miniarc.
none of the CXyz are number cards, it's a completely separate line of cards - basically just rank-up versions of certain non-number xyz from the anime. The rank-up numbers are chaos numbers, the rank-up non-numbers are chaos xyz
I know dragon rulers are broken and seeing them every week is probably going to be boring. GOD I want to see Gage use it next week considering he now has both Dracosack and the Rank 7 chase card from Number Hunters! There is just something so interesting to me about watching dragon rulers!
22:20 Imagine outing your own skill level so much that you complain the average player is better than 10 years ago. Literally just admits that "I suck if everyone has an equal footing"
I feel like Evilswarm would’ve been a better deck for today, and it can still make shock master. And I know a card like double summon will always be forgotten but I feel like if you’re going to try and turbo out shock master plays, that’s an auto 3-of. It’s just more gas. And I’m pretty certain it’s a common that both Cimo and Gage have three of but I could be wrong.
My favourite thing about this episode is MBT saying random, untrue things about British slang and multiple people in chat being like "uh no we dont say that" every time
Well, it's not entirely untrue. The word "gash" is (or at least was) used in that way, although it's more of a South London thing, rather than Britain as a whole. I guess it did make it's way into wider usage through shows like The Inbetweeners, but that was like over 10 years ago, and I hadn't heard anyone say it since until MBT brought it up.
gage and joe are in for a shock, when cimo summons THE SHOCK MASTER!! (cue shock master falling through the wall from the extra deck) utopia: oh god. cowboy: he landed on his fookin' arse!
Wanted to comment on Cimos remark of having a 65% success rate on a 50 hands sample size. So I built a Bujin deck where math showed that I should open either Yamato or a card that would get me to him 82% of all games. I did 200 test hands and played out the ones that did not have yamato in them. Turns out, only about 70% of the time I would get to yamato with the added caveat that only 35% of those hands I considered average or above. So even if he has 62% in math, the reality is that its gonna be more like 50% with maybe another 50% of those hands beeing average or above. That means he has around 20% chance to actually win any given game
Am I the only one who thought MBT playing another game and blocking off 2/3rds of the screen instead of actually reacting to the video kind of irritating?
Because gage got dragon ruler. Why would he expect gage to be playing anything but that? You see how gage deck almost didn't have a single trap before.
Cimo: There's one card that's a promo that's actually on the banlist Me: Don't say Shock Master don't say Shock Master don't say Shock Master Cimo: Number 16: Shock Master Me: I specifically told you not to say that
Can you teach cimo how to actually play yugioh and not punt each and every darn week?? For real it’s aggravating to watch him able to win and just makes the worst play for gage to get and easy dub, when gage lacks good deck building skill. I feel they aren’t even looking at their card pool half the time and look past so many good strategies as well. Had kycoo for 3 turns and kept summoning gadgets with no play……im sure there legit burn, underplayed archtypes, and low rarity bombs that could actually be fun to watch and win games, but it’s overlooked for 1 xyz monster they wanna summon that get removed anyways. How about a version of yugioh with every archtype that was never meta? Play all the non meta builds that could be casual and make that a series…..where have the casual players gone for cards when it come to yugioh and magic the gathering; too many try hards even at lgs and worst in edh where its a no prize support format and non 1v1.
Cimo’s face when he sees his opening hand in game one is the look of a man who wishes he used a redoer ticket on Dragon Rulers.
Hard to believe this was the equivalent of the finale of S1 by episode count
Wait wtf no waaaaay duddde
@@eulefranz944 Yes way. Season 1 only had 80-ish episodes.
Seriously wtf
@@cameraredeye3115i mean 80 episodes times 2 for a weekly series is over 3 years😳

this was unironically the most interesting progression episode in weeks and it was Worms v Gadgets where 90% of the match was just Gage setting cards
Which, funny enough, is the perfect hard counter to Shock Master. Gage had no reason to sweat it at all. 😉
An all around fun episode somehow.
Cimo: _pulls the most evil stun monster ever printed_
Everyone: "What a nice young episode."
Worth it for Game 2. The Shock reaction was great, but it's been too long since Gage got Damage Step'd, he could not process the trauma
For it being the same episode number as the last one last season, it's fitting that they're tied lol
"Lock you out of trap cards for the rest of the game" says man who was going to attack a facedown Yagan with Shock Master
Cimo HAD to think he was about to be running GADGETS into DRAGON RULERS...right?
Alex cimo is the fuckin villian all along
Always has been
just wait for mbts reaction to the promo
as a british person, I have never ever heard someone use the word "gash"
I have
Lucky you

I really want to see Cimo play Kaiju Box if he pulls Slumber
Welp, now I gotta watch the full stream to figure out what kind of Smiger incident caused the cut at 00:19
1:49 the reaction you wanted to see 29:32 these reactions too

I understand that Alex's deck wasn't very good, but to be fair he bricked VERY hard for 2/3 games.
I can't wait to see MBT's reaction to Cimo's pull from the wheel and Gage's reaction to the card being played.

It would also give more spells to pitch for Monk

Why does MBT even react to these anymore?

I played bubble beat, shockmaster was good but as mbt says not a build around. Like I could access shock master but I didn't build my deck around it.
Shock master would be nuts in hat but they're not there yet
My favorite part was the Isaac Gameplay
I want mbt to make a video about the difference in understanding to illustrate what he means better

Can't believe gimmick puppet is really in this set lol
Ok ok ok, as a Britt I feel the need to clear this up, it's not gash it's gnash the g I silent
Gage making Yu-Gi-Oh players look like English majors with those reads
I feel like alex had that game 3 if he didnt set tin goldfish turn 2
POV you’re here to see Joseph’s reaction to shockmaster
Gage really hit cimo with the "woah shockmaster that's crazy! Anyway, draw phase bing bong fuck your life"
Honestly Jinzo would've been more useful than Shock Master in this matchup, also why's Gage not playing a single Worm King? Does he not own one?
The Feral Imps episode

This prog episode was so good.
Some raw commentary

Chat is messing with my mind to the point my mind said "She Worm on my Yagan till I return it to its owner's hand." and I'm scared.
She yagan on my worm until I return it to it’s owner hand
"Your mind said" you mean you thought?
@@trikovi1628no theres a little guy in their brain saying things to them
Idk wtf he was thinking playing shock in a format where you can set 3 pass
2 reasons
Shock turbo is decent into rulers
But more importantly the alternative is macro stun... at least r4nk is pretending to play yugioh
Because gage got dragon ruler. Why would he expect gage to be playing anything but that? You see how gage deck almost didn't have a single trap before.
How exactly do Dragon Rulers beat Shock Master + a normal summon? Hard draw Raigeki Break?
Cimo committing war crimes with Shock Master made my day. WE WANT MORE! 😈
Gage cheat can't search with tk Rio in play
Cimo: There's one card that's a promo that's actually on the banlist

Great because I was late to stream
no CSGO in your steam library SAD!

Im prety sure gage never once summoned yagan face up and then used it that turn to overlay. So the chet just hurt him the whole match. Which is funny
I fucking died when cimo chose the card LMAO
Mbt and I both had the same reaction 😭
