Well there is a siren missing from the total in bl3, very possible that little "lady" is just that.

@@thebloodwolf2449 Rhys is a male, males cannot be sirens. "Its called a sisterhood" Troy was partly siren but would have died if he had not "fed" on his sister "his twin" who actually was the real siren, he was a parasite not a siren. Also Rhys could not interact with the vault key in (Tales from the borderlands) that young lady however could, and only sirens can do that.

I would totally be down for a DLC featuring Rhys reuniting with Fiona and Sasha, and I bet the story would have a new Vault monster and hoping we'd see Loader Bot and Gortys also. :)

Theres a quote Zero says after the Katagawa jr fight. He says something like, “How did Katagawa get the specs for my suit, did she...? No, she wouldnt...” related to Fiona/Sasha? Who knows. Maybe Ryhs and Zero hooked up with the ladies. They seem to be best buds.
these are the little easter eggs we thrive on. I played BL3 a year before I could get my hands on TFtB, so I had no idea who Rhys was, why he was connected to Zero, who 'she' could be if not one of the Crimson Raiders, who Vaughn was. So now I have all these little things like your point to try to figure out or learn from others
I feel like without Gortys in 3 it wouldn't make much sense to have LB because they seemed really close at the end of tales and it doesn't seem like LB would leave Gortys' side. Perhaps they're both searching for Sasha and Fiona for Rhys.

they missed a opportunity with FL4K is Loader Bot scenario
damn just played the whole tftb trying to get rhys and fiona to end up in some sorta relationship and everything seemed like it was building up to that then the game just teleports them away and ends to find out that in bl3 rhys is heavily involved in the story as an older version of himself with no concrete sign of anything between rhys and fiona kinda got me pressed, like I really thought that tftb was reliant on the will they or wont they get together between rhys and fiona/sasha, to just have rhys as a main part in bl3 with no mention of anything happening between them after is a real fucking inconclusive cliffhanger in that we see the future and still have no clue what happened. also apparently theres a picture of sasha on rhys' desk in bl3 which also gets me a little mad because did that whole going for fiona in tftb not matter? like i really wish they didnt have the story include rhys in bl3 and just have another telltale game to pick up where your previous choices left off. and also if they just went to do there own thing they fr just played the absolute fuck outta rhys lol that shit would hurt

@@thaddeushill7080 i woulda liked another telltale game that picked up from the previous games saved choices with a reconnection of some sort and a story spiraling off of that where the relationships between characters you formed in the previous game would be carried over
I asked Google to find me a video of the canonical ending of tales from the borderlands and this is where it brought me so I guess that's a flex for you bro
Alot of the dialogue choices for fiona was that she wanted to become a vault hunter, she probably continued to search for other Vaults after the traveler, as for sasha, pretty much everyone shipped her with rhys, and that was the main choice made (90%+) for the gameplay, so her picture ending up on his desk implies they had a relationship after the traveler. SOMETHING happened to fiona which probably caused sasha to go find her, ending up with both of them missing. But it still doesnt answer what the hell they found in the travelers vault, beyond teleporting to some new location

Reading comments for some answers and i just read your thoughts, there's so many unanswered questions in the game and i think sooner or later they will continue the story of Rhys and Fiona.
Maybe I missed it in Borderlands 3, but how did Sasha even go missing? She was last seen collecting loot with everyone else after they defeated the Traveler, then Rhys and Fiona vanished into thin air. How would Sasha have gone missing?
I figure they’ll bring her back as a Siren. We don’t know who is going to succeed Tyreen or even who succeeded Commandant Steele. Plus, we’re short one Siren for the original six of lore and have a mysterious seventh one we’ve been warned not to find.

I don't honestly believe it but, imagine when they opened the chest it sucked them into the chest throwing them into a completely different borderlands universe, where Gortys and Loader Bot dont even exist because Rhys never mentions them in Borderlands 3. And Fiona and Rhys are in the same universe but all memories between the two have been erased.
Pretty sure Loader Bot and Gortys went off on their own, but are still in contact with Rhys, or they went off with Fiona and Sasha as their own Vault Hunter team

I’m still disappointed that gear box pretty much forgot about the old tales of the borderlands characters like loader bot and gorytes fiona and sasha hell even aguest like what the hell happened to them to me in borderlands 3 they just completely ditch those characters and only leave them in echo logs

This just a theory but as we all know tyreen and Troy became sirens because typhoon and his wife hooked up in the vault where a previous siren locked herself up in. My theory as far as it goes what if Fiona became a siren. In borderland 3 we are given commentary by an eridian telling us we mustn't find the 7th siren and by how troy and tyreen became sirens through the vault could it be possible that Fiona has as well.
I aint gonna lie here i actually thought that borderlands 3 was like a continuous of telltale borderlands. Cause when your look at it it literally has everything from telltale. Rhys. And zer0 and others. I know zer0 was in bd2 but i like to think they're doing good.

When we all play new tales of the Borderlands. We will learn everything. Such as where were Sasha and Fiona in borderlands 3. Plus I am hoping Rhys explains everything. And how he ended up on Promethea by himself restoring Atlas good as new and making it more better than ever.
Unfortunately, the next installment will have completely different characters and won't continue Rhys/Fiona's story. I just hope the story will be on the same level at least
@@nevyanplamenov5409 Maybe Fiona and Sasha might show up. I'm hoping three of the characters such as Anu would ask the girls why weren't they with Rhys when the war was over. Rhys would look likely offer Fiona and Sasha home on Promethea.

Sadly I doubt it now, as they've announced they're no longer working with Telltale on the next Tales from the Borderlands game, and instead are creating a whole new story

I persony dont tgibk Rhys is bad but if he is then it kinda makes since. If they did have visions when the opened the chest then mabey Rhys saw Fiona do something bad or she was going to try to stop him so he decided to "get rid of her" either by himself, or by hiring Zero, the assasin. That could explain why Zero is working for Rhys because he got paid to kill Sasha and or Fiona for a price that he couldn't refuse.
Dopey to say that, but there is no way we are having second season of tell tales because the company got bankrupt and the closed(((

No that's not true because in the Lilith dlc in borderlands2 takes place after borderlands tales because scooter is dead in the Lilith dlc and he died in the tales from the borderlands so borderlands 3 is after the tales. And ryhs owns atlas
