Yumi, another so very interesting lesson on Rome ! Being this my city for the last 30 years , your video made me feel soooo ignorant and at the same time soooo intrigued to know more !! What you have shown us is a piece of history spanning many centuries ! It must have taken you lots of time in researching and I much appreciate also the peripheral details that make the subject even more interesting and engaging.
I am looking forward to your next video with much curiosity regarding the topic you will choose. Must tell you I very much admire you for your choice of subjects, your meticulous researches and your humour …..and now also your writing and your drawing !

Sandra, you don’t know how much your comment means to me. 💕What you say is so very true, Romans themselves have to every now and then stop and discover Rome. There is no other place like Rome! Unfortunately I cannot dedicate myself completely on video making so I am not a constant publisher however I love making them so I guess I will continue in my own way. You have to be patient with me😊

Quite nice video! I'm Italian and interested in the Obelisks of Rome and I did not know the story of the Dogali one!

Well thank you so much! Actually I’ve made this video in 3 languages: English, Japanese, Italian. Try watching it in Italian!

Each obelisk has own history. When I go to Rome, I want to learn about the appearance and history of the obelisks, the historical background of that period. What is the essence of Rome that fascinates you? It’s a difficult question ,lol🤣

Well said! More I "dig" more comes out....Rome is never ending, I guess that's one of the reasons why it's known as the Eternal city, you never finish discovering it!!

@@romewithhumi You are thrilled when you seek one dig after another.
Your work in presenting the culture and history of Rome is great.
I would like to dig some of the greatness of Rome by watching humi's UA-cam.
