As one gets older (50 over) you tend to dislike conflict /drama and you know your worth, so won't settle for less. So yes, your method here works great for me. It's sometimes hard to practice because you have so much information inside that you naturally want to share(life experience and info), and who wants to be misunderstood/or manipulated?. You've been there, done that, etc, and are used to sticking up for yourself. I'm practicing the motto "Let it be". How can you harness your need to share, or to protect yourself ( and your ego), as you have when younger? Is this question clear? And how do you handle the Love Bombers? Should I just listen to this video several more times?
**"I completely understand where you’re coming from! As we get older, we gain more clarity about our worth, and we become less tolerant of drama and manipulation. It’s normal to want to share your life experience and protect yourself, but sometimes, as you mentioned, the best response is to simply let things be. Practicing detachment can help manage those situations without feeding into conflict. As for handling love bombers, it’s about recognizing their tactics early and setting clear boundaries. Trust your intuition and protect your peace. Repetition of positive content, like this video, can definitely help reinforce that mindset. You’re doing great-keep practicing the art of letting go and conserving your energy for what truly matters! 💖💪"**
Yes, this is my way, I take responsibility on my life, I have things that I want to do, it’s complex, so I need to do it without interruption from outside. Because some peoples jealous, even they my friend, or relatives. You are the only person that understand it. Thank you for this, Mr. Paterson.you are the only wise person that thinks and understands my thoughts and feelings, all the honer to you.
"It’s so empowering to take responsibility for your own life and pursue your goals without outside interference. It’s unfortunate when even those close to us can project jealousy or negativity, but trust that your path is yours alone to follow. I’m so glad you feel understood-it’s truly an honor to connect on that level. Keep going, and protect your peace as you build the life you deserve. 🙏💖"
"Absolutely. Jesus' silence in the face of false accusations is a powerful example of strength and wisdom. Sometimes, silence speaks louder than words and allows us to rise above injustice with grace. 🙏💖"
