Under normal driving conditions the stock seicento sporting brakes are spot on...designed to stop the car as is.......... But if you wanna have some fun the Punto 1242cc (I think) drops straight in with minimal modification........super seicento rules!!!!!
Really cool brake update! I watch all your seicento episodes, i like that what you do! I own i seicento to my second car, Maybe for the future you need buy a fiat punto mk1 1.2 75 bhp exhaust manifold, they fit one o one on the seicento, and don't forgot the downpipe aswell otherwise it don't fit. I got that on my cinquecento in the past you got a little more bhp don't expect to mutch but it's not to expensive. Greetings from the netherlands
the green stuff pads in my opinion were dire , ive still got a set with a few miles on them sitting there so if you like them you can have them as spares , i upgraded from the shitestuff pads to the tarox strada pads and the diff is night to day ,
Hi Miller, I know this was a long time ago. But can you confirm that these wheels clear the gt calipers without any spacers? I don't see any in the video but would like to make sure before buying the wheels for my cinquecento.
I'm not dead set on anything just yet since I haven't had much of a chance to drive the car properly, i'm just making a list of possible mods for now :P one mod I was thinking I would definitely make at some point would be a short shifter kit so tighten up the gear changes. at the moment my gear stick hits the plastic when going across the 1st and 2nd and hits the passenger seat when changing into 2nd!
Another Seciento Channel, great. I have seen this upgrade on a couple of videos and read about it on Fiat Forum...some recommend/use the Punto GT Turbo servo for a bit more Ooommpph but having watched one video (DStage) it's a very tight fit....Now subscribed...
Excellent work as always! Looking forward for more videos! :) Bolt on mods like this make me wish there were more swappable parts onto my car from other Hyundais, but alas! :(
+Kody Dagley thanks man, great to have you along :D this may have been bolt on, but I can't stress enough the month of stress and difficulty finding those calliper carriers :/

+areyousure youwantodelete rest assured, these brakes will be put to good and effective use in the near future 😉😈
The engine swop is a common swop on Europe....seen a few videos on UA-cam where the after effects are seen......the Speedo can go off the clock ;-)
I really want to know if you have felt the difference!
+TOKYO TRACK WOLF still some bedding in to do, but will definitely consider an update video 😁👍

+James Atkinson cheers for the recommendation, mate! Not quite bedded in yet, but I'll see how I go...
Poland watching you ;)
+Mariusz MotoVlog thanks for watching, man :D
Hey, what year punto GT was the donor?
Hi Miller, I know this was a long time ago. But can you confirm that these wheels clear the gt calipers without any spacers?

The wheels do indeed clear without spacers!
@@MillerCorner thanks.
do you need bigger wheels that the stock sei sporting ones?
Yep, the stock 13s don't clear them - you'll need 14s or bigger 😁
darn. I like the stock alloys XD Do you know of any bolt on conversions that do fit the stock wheels?
cris rose I'm afraid not, bud - best bet if you're set on 13s would be uprated discs and pads on the stock brakes

Ah! Not so good 😬 looking to improve my gearshift one way or another, even if it means importing a short shifter!
Good job mate. I had the Fiat Punto Mk2B Sporting ones which are 2mm thicker. Next mod, rear Punto Gt 240mm brakes and high pressure brake lines.
+Dimitris thanks man :D plenty more to come ;)
I have that car
Is there any chance of me buying the brake discs and callipers of autodoc?? Without actually getting them off a GT turbo?

+Malcolm Young thanks man, appreciate it :D
another? who else makes seicento videos?
From which punto gt is this (year)?
Mk1, bud - I don't know what exact year these callipers came off
@@MillerCorner from which punto gt? Mk1 or Mk2?
@@felixtv126 MK1 sometimes comes on a punto 75 1998 mine had them on aswell
Really great video man I like how you do the voiceover over the video! Will be great to see what you think of them, maybe do a review or something👍🏻
+Exhaust-ed thanks man! :D potentially some form of review to come ;)
Miller Corner awesome dude looking forward to it :D
Now I'm waiting for engine swap ;)

I sense there will be many more hard-to-find parts situations in the near future? :P
+Kody Dagley I certainly hope not! 😓
Do you happen to know where the fuel filter is located ?
Omg the puns! Gotta love 'em! XD
+ryanthebrit you know it 😉
What is your feedback about the MTec discs?
So far they're solid 👍 good bang for buck 😁
@@MillerCorner I was going to buy those but I did not know the brand and I bought brembo max instead.
When are you doing another seicento video ?
+james jack plenty more coming in the next few weeks 😉
Miller Corner good i look forward to them as recently bought myself an active sport haha
+james jack good man! Stay tuned 😉
So I can do this for my mk2 Punto 1.2 8v?
Theoretically, but I don't know for certain I'm afraid, bud
I cerchi come si chiamano ??
Are the brakes form the gt turbo or just grande gt ?
Mk1 GT Turbo, bud
Would this work on a Cinquecento
It would indeed!
