- So here it is - I have joined the patrol crew with the cheapest GQ Patrol that I could find. Subscribe to follow the build, I’ve got some pretty unique shit planned. I’ll probably put it on it’s roof one day as well, so you won’t want to miss that.

Great vid fellas, with some sweet peep tracks. I love buying the cheapest cars advertised I got the cheapest 105 cruiser and 1jz soarer and both have been a mad cars that have needed thousands spent on them.
Currently putting my tb42 carby motor back in my GQ and some of those engine bay shots sure helped haha. Keen on the build 👌

LordMayhem1977 I’m up for the challenge 👌🏻, rear locked mine keeps up with a fair few front locked GQ’s on 33‘s, twin locked it’ll get a lot further but vs. the 35’s will be tricky, still keen to see how it would compare 🤷🏻♂️

Thanks mate, I’m gonna wait and see what the situation is like over the next week before making a final call. If there’s an outbreak it definitely won’t be going ahead, but currently there are 3 active (and quarantined) cases in a state of 5 million people.

That car is to good to be true. And why would u sale it like I want this over the hilux I wanna get but I don’t think that’s happening or do u want a slab or two for the GQ?. Also if you go off-roading in it can u fix it and not leave it to rot because it looks good in my eyes

Thanks man, I haven’t measured the hub to guard but its probably about a 3 inch lift, and they’re 315/75r16 tyres

I always follow 4Wheeling Australia to get more ideas of GQ mods, what lifts and tyres and many more for off roading
Well if u need a motor a mate of mine has a fully rebuilt tb42 only done 50k as he doing barra swap . Was my old truck shouldn't have wasted all that coin rebuilding it. But it's in Canberra.
