- Here I show you how to make a System Log with on a vehicle equipped with a Holley EFI Dominator or HP ECU on an engine with a cam and crank sensor.
I also show my approach and what I look for in a No Start situation.
In the end this vehicle ended up needing a new Crankshaft Position Sensor.
Fantastic video. Thank you
Thanks Seth. Really appreciate this video. I have some stumbles and ERROR signal in the middle of finding sync so I suspect I will have to give system logging a go!
Scott- it's true that the SL won't diagnose the problem for you but it's a tool to point you in the right direction. Then a multimeter or more ideally a pocket oscilloscope will help you pinpoint the diagnosis.
I don't have the option to set up a system log on my terminator x max, am I doing something wrong?
This no start turned out to be a crank sensor issue.
Where is it located on foxbody
Seth have you ever ran I to a problem we’re car cold start idles good and when it starts warming up it stalls out
what was the issue with the car? why didn't it have spark/rpm

Good intentions, but way too long to figure out how to do a System Log. Sat through 8 minutes and it didn't work... gave up because I need to figure out why this won't sync, not watch youtube for hours. thank you for trying though.
