THANKS FOR THE THUMBS DOWN! No but really thanks for using those buttons! It helps show me if you guys like or dislike the content im putting out, so be sure to use them, as well as comment something useful!
MotionAutoTv Would you think this project would be cool to resurrect the vic by putting a jz motor in it and have it as a backup car. Vics have tons of space for a jz
As a long time subscriber I vote for sell the BMW keep the Integra 240, turbo and tune it. More interesting history for a thrash car to me than the BMW.
Please make a vid pulling that balancer apart, even if you dont fix it! I was just checking out the plans for it online and the concept seams simple enough. looks like it uses some kind of sonar to measure movement in the shaft, so either the sensors duff or the surface its measuring. Anyway all the best
I work at Discount Tire, and if you don’t measure the dimensions of the wheel correctly, 5e balancer will throw an excessive imbalance code. Check to see if the measuring arms (if it has any, we have slightly different balancers) are functioning properly. Just an idea if that helps at all.
The wobbly table means that the bolt that holds your table seat and transmission together is loose. You have to take the table off and under there you should see in the middle a red cap. Take it off and check the bolt.if loose tighten it. That should fix your problem. I work on these things for a living
i love the daily uploads gives me something to look forward too. i second trying to figure out fixing the tire balance machine.. i love when you go out of the norm.. and challenge yourself.
I like these types of videos. Nice work dude. I’ve got a cheap tire machine and watching this motivates me to crack it open once it shits the bed. Thanks.
Looking good on that fix there. You'd be amazed by how many shops do the same to keep an old machine running. While that makes sense to some extend considering the price most of them should have been written off three fold.. Believe me I've had my share of shitty ones which always leak somewhere because there is no time allowed to fix it. This one actually looks like decent quality, I've rebuild a China build one once and that cilinder looked a lot less sturdy, with the cilinder being smaller in diameter and that shaft being guided by those shitty white plastic bushings. And that was a machine that was used A lot on a daily basis.. You might want to look out for water from the compressor getting into the cilinder causing corrosion and leakage, we always had a extra water separator mounted in front of the inlet. Regularly brushing of the dirt and sand off of the sliders also helps the longevity of it. While that center valve might work with the grease sealing it up it might not be a permanent fix. The tolerances withing it are very tight. So those O'rings need to be a exact fit and that ridge on the cilinder needs to be ground down to match the original diameter exactly or it will leak again over time. Other then a whole other cilinder aren't there rebuild kit's to be found for it? Anyway good job. That balancing machine is surely fixable as well, no doubt.
Good to see daily uploads man.. Also thanks for info on how to do this fix i also have the same problem with my 7060ex just been unsure if i wanted to do the work myself
Have a 7050ax and the turn table doesn't have enough power to spin. I'm pretty sure this valve is my issue too. Ordering a new one so I can get my machine up and running.
The main cause of pneumatic tire machine failure is not providing lubrication to the air supply. Jack oil is supposed to be the best. Does your machine have an auto oiler in the air supply?
So, what fid you grease? The Bead Breaker Cylinder or the valve? Why did you fast forward through the whole bead breaker cylinder rebuild? That's what people wanna see.
I buy, sell, service and install all types of auto shop equipment. The first thing I check when I go on a service call for a tire changer is the oil. I am telling you without a doubt... if you don't keep oil in the oil bottle mounted on the tire changer, it will wear out every seal on it. Oil it now and oil it regularly or your machine will fail.
nah man, its always entertaining to see someone repair something, you do it well, though i would have used a bit more lube in the huge barrel for the bead breaker
Liked, definitely doing this sort of thing as filler is pretty cool. Not into Saab specific stuff, but this sort of random stuff is really cool. Always enjoyed doing this stuff around the shop when I was on the tools
My valves don’t look like yours. Or any replacements either. I’m totally unsure why but my valves, has 2. only have 1 air in and 1 air out. And a giant threaded hole where air goes in on one and then a different valve that lets air go out of giant hole. I’ll have to grab a video because it’s really my first time trying to understand how these machines work.
Hey Tervor im a Pneumatics technician was it leaking out of the silencers or the the ports on the valve ? don't buy oem just look up on net for a SMC company quote the original part number on the 5 port valve and they will supply you one far cheaper .
Could you do me a big favor? I need the measurements for the table and electric motor drive pulleys. I bought a similar one for $50 with no motor or pulleys on it but I'm fixing it and don't have the slightest idea of what sizes they are, and I've got a motor ready to bolt on.
New subscriber. I have a similar tire machine. I had to rebuild the gear box that powers the turn table. The top bearing and seal were out. That's probably what's up with your unit.
You can buy a brass replacement valve rather than glue that old valve. If you ever have an issue with the rim clamp there is a plastic cam on the pedal that breaks.
Great video man! So when it worked only once then quit and you tore it back down to apply synthetic grease. Were you talking about the air valve, plunger, and o-rings or the original part you started on? If you were referring to the air valve did you pull the o-rings back out and grease them or just coat the area the plunger moves in with the synthetic greese. Mine is doing the same thing and I wanna be prepared as much as possible. Thanks for the video.
I wish u couldve done it in slow motion step by step.. I really want to learn how to fix these tire machines.. I got 5 tire machines, busy tire shop... every 3months 1breaks down.. they charge me about $800 to fix with parts and labor.. that's $2400 per machine per year.. is ther a school for learning how to fix these tire machines or something.. maybe I'm in the wrong business.. my entire family cousins each have 2stores minimum 3tire machines thats 24 cousins
THANKS FOR THE THUMBS DOWN! No but really thanks for using those buttons! It helps show me if you guys like or dislike the content im putting out, so be sure to use them, as well as comment something useful!
doesn't matter what you put out we watch all of it lmao
Only Trevor would thank you for hitting the dislike 😂😂
MotionAutoTv Would you think this project would be cool to resurrect the vic by putting a jz motor in it and have it as a backup car. Vics have tons of space for a jz
MotionAutoTv I liked this video, I'm not getting a tire machine anytime soon but it's interesting to see. Thanks for the content!
Finish the supra man.. lol get at the supra .. love ur videos.. from Newfoundland canada
As a long time subscriber I vote for sell the BMW keep the Integra 240, turbo and tune it. More interesting history for a thrash car to me than the BMW.
Time to fix that tire balancer too
Might just needs to be calibrated
@@RandeProduction did u ever fix it?
Daily life of Motion Auto TV deff works for me. Next up balancing some wheels.
I was going too bed but new Motionauto TV video is up so i stay up 😂
Yup, seams to be every time
EWAN NUTLEY yeah haha.

i second this!

Repair/maintenance videos are therapeutic, I enjoy them as much as I do the car videos.
Even if these videos don't get a whole bunch of views, I still really appreciate you uploading them 👍
I saw a red hose completely kinked did you check that? Cool vid a bit different but still cool

I like anything you talk about me and my wife really enjoy seeing Jamie and the baby so keep it up your doing outstanding in my book Trevor !
Keep doing what ur doing. Entertaining.
I enjoy watching these videos, We watch because of your personality and because you can do things like this. Keep on keeping on dude!
i love the daily uploads gives me something to look forward too. i second trying to figure out fixing the tire balance machine.. i love when you go out of the norm.. and challenge yourself.
I dont know if i like the new style of videos...
But i love you man no homo
I like these types of videos. Nice work dude. I’ve got a cheap tire machine and watching this motivates me to crack it open once it shits the bed. Thanks.
Great vid keep making them of different projects around the shop. It’s interesting!

Will the Supra be done before electric cars take over?
or could be an Electric Supra..the SupraCharger
EWAN NUTLEY no. Just stop
i saw what you did there lol
Hope it never gets done
I actually really enjoyed this vid. It was a good change of pace
Have a 7050ax and the turn table doesn't have enough power to spin. I'm pretty sure this valve is my issue too. Ordering a new one so I can get my machine up and running.
that's a great machine - we've got seal kits, and O'Rings for those, if you need parts
The main cause of pneumatic tire machine failure is not providing lubrication to the air supply. Jack oil is supposed to be the best. Does your machine have an auto oiler in the air supply?
My cote at school has a small leak at the bottom but still works great I think it’s pretty normal for them
Loving the vids. Should make a series finishing all of the projects
your balancer probably just needs to be re-calibrated.. but it could be the shaft flexing..
Nice to see how a tire machine can get fixed
Keep the hatch and do a kouki front and rear conversion. And show it on here ofcourse.
Hava a 7065AX slow braking the bead of tires , changed the .O-rings and piston if the bead braker. Same issue what you recommend I do next. Thanks
So, what fid you grease? The Bead Breaker Cylinder or the valve?

can you show how you replaced the o-rings on the bead breaker in regular speed/ time. need to change mine soon. excellent video
You could just use balance beads in your tires. The are reusable and work well.
That's true Trevor. I did want to see supra video and I still like this video
Sell the bimmer
Indeed. Sell that turd of a BMW and go rip that S13. And I say that as an (former) E46 owner and a mechanic.
He's got it on facebook for $2500
I have same problem with my tire machine so what we call for that repair kit please?
You going to paint it also?
The clamps on my machine open by themselves while I’m trying to put a tire on, any idea what to do?
How did you get the cars up on the pallet racking? Neat setup, please let me know!
sell the bimmer, keep the s13
That’s for the informative video!
*_I have the same problem with my machine, can you tell me what is the name of that stuff and where to order online?_*
Liked, definitely doing this sort of thing as filler is pretty cool. Not into Saab specific stuff, but this sort of random stuff is really cool. Always enjoyed doing this stuff around the shop when I was on the tools
How did you get the o-rings in the air valve?
My valves don’t look like yours. Or any replacements either. I’m totally unsure why but my valves, has 2. only have 1 air in and 1 air out. And a giant threaded hole where air goes in on one and then a different valve that lets air go out of giant hole. That 240sx needs some love. Make it into a good looking thrash Ka-t setup
Definitely keep the S13! Everyone has a e36 no one has a integra 240. KA-T thrash car would be sweet, and relatively quick content
Hey Tervor im a Pneumatics technician was it leaking out of the silencers or the the ports on the valve ? don't buy oem just look up on net for a SMC company quote the original part number on the 5 port valve and they will supply you one far cheaper .
Where would you buy that broken valve?
Did you drill holes on one side of the valve?
Swap. The. Sr20. From. The. S14. Please. (. Btw. Don't sell. It. The bmw. Needs to. Go). Best. Video. Ever
Don't get rid of the s13!! It's too cool to get rid off
great content man always looking for new videos
Trevor sell the bimmer and start messing with the integra S13 and also finish the supra haha keep it up
What do you call that replacement part, the round black one used for the bead breaker?
My rim clamp table won’t turn no more what do y’all think it is??
I'm betting that the air power cylinder needs grease or some sort of lubrication too.
Could you do me a big favor? I need the measurements for the table and electric motor drive pulleys. I bought a similar one for $50 with no motor or pulleys on it but I'm fixing it and don't have the slightest idea of what sizes they are, and I've got a motor ready to bolt on.
Nice video but seriously, what happened with the camera work during the drifts? Filmed way to low.
Land Cruiser for the win
New subscriber. I have a similar tire machine. I had to rebuild the gear box that powers the turn table. The top bearing and seal were out. That's probably what's up with your unit.
Yes go ka-t. Any videos of this car with the kat setup
You can buy a brass replacement valve rather than glue that old valve. If you ever have an issue with the rim clamp there is a plastic cam on the pedal that breaks.
Good job Trevor some company give TJ hunt tyre equipment you sound enquire into it worth a try.
Hit up cxracing for a turbo kit for the ka24 240!!!! They’re great at helping youtubers out. It would be sick to see a budget turbo drift thrasher😁
But it would be badass to clean it up a little and throw some coilovers and aero at it as well!
Very resourceful! Good job
I liked it, too. AND it`s bee three days in a row! Thanks mate ;)
I like this style of vid. Good to see you have a go at something unfamiliar :D
Was that a 4-runner or an FJ? Looked pretty dope
Hi Trevor, would you happen to remember where you got the rebuild kit for the cylinder? Thanks, great video!
would you sell the KA out of that thing??
Great video man! So when it worked only once then quit and you tore it back down to apply synthetic grease. Were you talking about the air valve, plunger, and o-rings or the original part you started on? that button on the bead breaking handle is seriously old hat I’ve got an old unit in the back with one, crazy.
How much would u list the 240 for?
You gotta weld a plate on the arm of the bead breaker where the ram pivots. If that goes its gonna get ugly. 20min fix
what seal kit did you use?
whats the song used in the tyre machine cylinder repair, always try find it but cant :(
Great damn video, great seen your other vehicle. How is the truck?
Thanks! Its still at frame shop, he is slowly doing a little to it inbetween his other projects
Wish I could find one of these been looking for 4-5 months that is t crazy $$
Keep up with the dailies I like seeing your everyday life, much more interesting than mine
Arw these Integra taillights?
How?
Grrrrrrrrrr! All that time watching the video and he didn't even break a bead with it!
1500 bucks is beyond a steal man I work at kal tire and that's the only ones we run and new easily 7 grand
Lmfao just turn the sound of some time and watch a motion auto video. The captions are hilarious hahahaha
I wish u couldve done it in slow motion step by step.. I really want to learn how to fix these tire machines.. Would love to buy it but I'm in Florida
You need more shop lights!!
Time to refresh the S14 drift car man, make really pretty to gain a loot of sponsors o/
Yessss ka-t setup plzzz
It's good to buy a well know company.. parts is available.. hood job cat
Put normal s13 tails back in
Where can I get that rebuilt gasket kit
I forgot!
however still better to replace the faulty piece with new one or at least order and keep it in case it fck up again (hopefully not).
That’s what happens if you don’t have it connected to an oiler / regulator..you run it drive it will wear out the disk.
Great vid trev
It's better then just sanding lol hahahaha just kidding. I love your content keep it up!
SERIOUSLY Trevor Sell the BMW, van, crown Vic, Honda,RV and wrecked supra and you'll still have MORE than enough vehicles to keep you entertained.
