To boot secondary unsuported nvme you can put on first hdd a custom bootloader like cover to boot secondary unsuported nvme disk, I had it that way with UEFI, the advantages of having a custom bootloader like clover are endless
Thank you so much for your comment! You're absolutely right. For older motherboards that don't officially support NVMe drives, a custom bootloader like Clover can be a lifesaver. It can not only enable NVMe booting but also give you more control over your system's startup process
I have a curious but strange Idea, although i doubt that the speed of data transfer might not make good different. Anyways the Idea is : By using two adaptors and one USB type C to C (male to male) connection we can attach NVME to Sata SSD/HDD port of laptop board. • SATA to Type C (female) adaptor • NVME to Type C (female) Adaptor • Type C (male) to Type C (Male) - Please make this Experiment come true. I wants to know how it will work and what will be the speed.😅 * Already Amazed to watch your impressive Work in this video) Respect & Love from India 😊🙏🏻
Based on my research, the Fujitsu Esprimo FH52/T should indeed have an M.2 slot compatible with NVMe. Here's how to be sure: Physically check the M.2 slot on your motherboard, which is a small, elongated slot. If the slot has a notch on the edge, then it supports NVMe. But if it doesn't have one and you want to use an M.2 NVMe adapter for your wifi slot, then you should identify your wifi card to choose the appropriate adapter
Mr @@techwise66, la verdad es que no encontraba informacion sobre la placa base. voy a probar con un ssd NVMe le estoy muy agradecido saludos cordiales desde japon, un gran abrazo.

Hey man over been following your videos for a while and I'm also thinking to update my laptop with nvme ssd I've encountered a problem while doing so my lappy has Qualcomm atheros 9565 wifi module and i could not seem to find its connection module like what pin it uses and all, so can you please help me in finding which type of connection module it uses.. Love from India brother
Hey there, thanks for following along! About your Atheros 9565 Wi-Fi card, it uses an NGFF M.2 slot on your motherboard. But just double-check the "keying" - that's the notch pattern that makes sure it fits correctly. It's most likely an A+E key. You can compare your card to my card of A+E keying in the video, and also check your laptop's specs to confirm. If it is A+E key, you can use same adapter for M.2 NVMe SSD.
@@techwise66 how to check the key, do i have to open it to see it, because I've watched all over forums, and on Qualcomm site but couldn't find anything
@@lumutbata Unfortunately, I haven't tried the Asus x442uf before. The safest approach is to first identify your existing WiFi card's key type to choose the appropriate adapter. If you're comfortable opening your laptop, carefully inspect the M.2 slot. The notch position will visually indicate the key type. If it matches the WiFi card in my video, you can use a similar adapter. Remember, always unplug your laptop and remove the battery before opening it to prevent any damage from static electricity. I'm also planning a new video about different card types soon!

Thats my motherboard!! Excellent video! Thankyou!
Kioxia 512gb m. 2 SSD convert er suggest you, desktop use
I tried to do the same with a Samsung RV411, unfortunately motherbooard does not support NVMe booting. Do it with clover was too much hard for me.
So if convert the m2 to nvme i should easy add external gpu?
can the adapter be broken to where it is needed?

i just wanna ask if it is A+E key, can i use the M2 Sata instead of the NVME. Thanks for your video. Great content.

I install windows on nvme that placed like that but it not bootable why bro ?!
Windows can sometimes place the bootloader on a secondary drive, causing potential boot issues. Try disconnecting other drives to resolve this
@@techwise66 how can i do that ?!
Is there any way to put wifi card and m.2 in one slot. Any spltter or extended cable or adaptor.
Can it work sir?
