What size snaps are the acrylic templates made for? Are they made for 1in or 1 1/2in?

I'm sorry, I don't understand your question. Snaps? The strap end templates are made for 1 1/2" webbing which would then need 3/4" Snap Hooks. Hope this helps.

Yes, 60" is the ideal length, so we sell it in 60" increments. That way you don't have any waste.
