only thing that pisses me off a lil bit is how small nids are. If you look at the models they are all basically 30% smaller than what they should be. I guess it could have been a gameplay problem
Yes, but worse. That is a chaos-forged monster that's infused with a TS dreadnought. A bunch of warp-magic I can't explain in great detail because psyker is new territory for me in 40k. All I know is that's a daemon-enhanced killing machine and a bit of a headache to fight.
Interestingly, some people say it's not a promotion but a punishment in this case. Becoming a chaplain, it's joining a branch of the chapter and going "outside" the main path, aka scout->marine->veteran->sternguard/honorguard/...->chapter master. I just red a few occasion were chaplain do have an uncommon position, like a council or a case of one becoming the chapter-master, but in the vast majority, they can't become much more. It's a bit like if he join a priesthood and is/was really stuck in a monastery with additionnal rules. Also, I don't know if it's canon, but in case of heresy from one battle-brother, you are suppose to warn the nearest chaplain of the chapter to deal with it. Leandros disregard that method (surprisingly, for someone who have the Codex Astartes stuck "somewhere") and contacted the Inquisition. "If you like that book so much, why not making it your job to be THE guy in charge of heresy and righteousness but this time, you call the Inquisition, you are a traitor and an unreliable loser." The sweet irony : by reporting a so-called case of heresy, he was noticed and became an initiate in chaplaincy and MUST NOW deal himself with any heresy with his eyes wide open and no way of dumping the job on someone else. Even if Calgar doesn't have the power to force a battle-brother to go the chaplain route, he couldn't have found a better way to get back at Leandros.
@simondemoulin5815 People say a lot of dum stuff. You don’t become chaplain as a punishment. Being a chaplain is one of the greatest honors space marine can be given. There are no consequences when it becomes punishment. I mean its the same as with dreadnoughts. It can suck if you go into details but it isn’t purposeful punishment. Leandros being new was allowed to join the captain squad in the first game. As many ultramarines, he knows everything about the codex astartes, he is loyal(tho really freaking dumb). Everything in the first game showed him as capable but very limited ultramarine. Century had passed since the first game, he is a veteran pf many battles now. Its possible he simply deserved that rank
@@CF-or3ci Personly, I don't know if there is truly a meaning for his new job. If it's a punishment, a way to make Leandros an antagonist for a next game (if villain arc) or a way to aknowledge that he did "grow up" (possible redemption arc). Yup, I know that being chosen to become a chaplain is an honor. So not a punishment per se. I also know that Space Marines don't like to see Inquisitor messing with their brothers. No way Calgar didn't ask for more detail about the whole thing and didn't find out about Leandros snitching. So there must have been a retaliation somehow. Need more lore about what he was doing while Tytus was away. Did he face some backlash from his battle-brother after Graia ? Did a Chaplain agreed with him and took him in ? Did he do a penance for a while ? Plenty of possible meaning. With his introduction right at the end, we will have to wait for Space Marine 3 to learn more about him and get a final insight about his position.
I would like to see a Freebooterz Ork Dlc where the Ork Warboss from space marine 1 returns now as a Freebooter because other Klan Warbozz defeated him and he just decided to become a pirate where we have a new way of fight being new weapons and a Ork Playable Character where this boiz try to take the planet on pirate way

Love the Afro Ultramarines. I can't wait to see the Afro Blood Angels, Afro Space Wolves, Afro Dark Angels, Afro Iron Hands, Afro Raven Guard and Afro White Scars. Oh and of course a white European Salamander.
Uhm. What point are you exactly trying to make here? Guilliman gene-seed doesn’t turn space marines white, you know? It only works for blood angels and raven guard
Interesting detail in how the Thousand Sons burst into dust when they die.
Rank and file Thousand Sons are, thanks to a semi botched warp spell, nothing but magic dust in armor.
I may not be a huge fan of warhammer but those characters are fuck sick and badass
That's how they become fans of Warhammer.
This game just gives a whole new meaning to Rip and tear, until it is done.
????: Rip and tear!!! I'm in!!!!!!!!!
Man, the Carnifex fight already reminds me of Grimskull. This is gonna be fun.

Could it also be that Primaris are bigger than regular Space Marines?
31:02 a dreadnought?!

Who decided to make Leandros a Chaplain?
