معمول التمر الخطيير ناعم بيدوووب في الفم ورسمتة ثابتة Maamoul melt in your mouth 😋🫓

Ingredients
- 1 cup of butter in room temperature "210gm"
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of powdered milk
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 egg& vanilla
- 500 gm flour + 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder "sifted"
Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour, then shape it..
Cooking: We put it in a preheated oven at 200 for 3 minutes, then we reduce the heat to 160. When it takes on a golden color from underneath, we open the grill until it takes on color from above, then we take it out of the oven.
