She was my life 😢 😭 she has crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈 Best beautiful kitty Angel on earth, now, Best beautiful kitty Angel in heaven ❤️
What gets to me the most is that a medical professional considered this dog’s life as disposable. That’s heartbreaking. I’m so glad this pup got his happy after after.
He considered Wheels' life to not be worth living, simply because he couldn't walk. His front legs work just fine, making him a perfect candidate for a wheelchair. How dare a doctor say that a life in a wheelchair is a life not worth living.
My daughter and I rescued a very ill dog from abusive owners. We knew he was a hospice case when we took him in, but we wanted to make whatever time he had as happy as possible, and to cram as many adventures in as we could, to make up (in a very small way) for the 10 years his former "family" kept him in a cage that was too small for him to even stand in. He was a German Shepherd, and the sweetest boy. He loved nothing more than getting in his wheelchair, and going for walks, exploring a world that he had never been allowed to be a part of. We were lucky enough to have almost 2 years with him...2 years to shower him with love, and to teach him that his life was important and that he mattered.
He was a mess the day we picked him up and took him immediately to the vet. He had so many health issues, including kidney disease, and the vet was very honest with us about his condition. But, never did he ever suggest that we put Choppy to sleep. He understood that this dog deserved a chance at some love and happiness, and did everything he could to keep him as healthy and pain-free as possible (after all those years in a cage, his hips were so arthritic and his legs had almost no muscle mass). We gave him CBD oil and supplements for his hip pain, and he showed me how to massage his hips and legs to strengthen them...one of Choppy's favourite times of day was when I got down on the floor with him and gave him his massages. It was amazing to watch his legs fill out and get strong and muscular over the first months we had him.
Even though we knew, from the very beginning that our time with him would be limited, I wouldn't wish away a second that he was with us, and I hope he felt the same way. I'm sure if he could have spoken, he would have said that those 22 months had certainly been worth living...it was the only time in his life he had known love, safety and security, snuggles, gentleness and compassion, a full tummy, walks in the sun (and rain and snow...he just loved walking, no matter the weather), toys, treats, and a soft bed to lie on. I'm sure he thought all those things were worth living for.
I'm sorry for the rant. I'm dumbfounded and heartbroken that a doctor would tell someone to kill their puppy (with his whole life ahead of him) simply because life might be a little more challenging for him than it is for other dogs. Shame on him.
Agree, lets throw out anything less than perfect, do they apply the same attitude to humans,... a beautiful little soul living his best life
Honest videos like this and people's love for these Angels gives me a bit of hope for humanity
Fantastic to know there are people like you
E like up
Same!
God bless you all amen 🙏
It's not an honest video. The channel has become a bunch of chopped up and made up stories to draw emotions. Beautiful dog nonetheless ❤️
@@Countryblock10 Most of their stories are easily verifiable through the animal owner’s social media. People willingly submit their stories to be used through a submission form. For this video in particular, there’s really no aspect of this video that is faked or could be faked. It’s very evident that this dog is paralyzed, receiving physical therapy, and now has a forever home. There is nothing dishonest about it. You can’t fake a paralyzed dog.
I cried!! Wheels is so happy dispite his wobbly legs and living life to the full..what a beautiful story.
I cried too! Gosh - a survivor for sure! What an awesome story and an awesome dog! God bless the humans who refuse to give up.
Yes, God bless the humans who refuse to give up...after pitbull maulings.
My daddy and mommy bought some American food last night
Yummy food like pizza and a Coke
I wanted so much to taste them
But I don't have a tongue. I lost it
When my jaw was ripped off by a pack of pitbulls
While I was playing outside.
I can't taste anything anymore
My feeding tube will be on me the rest of my life
While I long for delicious tastes on my tongue.

Addisyn, "Pit bulls are the No. 1 canine killers of other people's pets and animals, killing more than 75% of those killed by a dog. In 2017, pit bulls killed 13,000 dogs, 5,000 cats and 20,000 horses and other farm animals."
Pitbulls: Facts and Figures
By Attorney Kenneth M. Phillips, author of Dog Bite Law
"In the 10 years from 2009 to 2018, pit bulls killed or maimed 3,569 people in the USA and Canada. (Merritt Clifton, Dog Attack Deaths & Maimings, U.S. & Canada, 1982-2018 Log.) They killed over 80% of all Americans who are killed by dogs. (Colleen Lynn, 2015 U.S. Dog Bite Fatalities, Dogsbite)
Blame the owners of those pitbulls!!!
Me too 🥹
I love everything about this video. Especially those who are willing to look past the stigmas and make it their life's work to rescue dogs that are so often, and so unfairly, passed over for adoption. No bad breeds or dogs, just bad people.
I agree that there are no bad breeds or bad dogs, but not everyone that doesn't adopt pit bulls and other "bully" breeds is a bad person. The fact is that these breeds typically have a LOT of energy, and they don't always know their own strength; not everyone is able to properly care for and train "bully" breeds like pit bulls and rottweilers.
I thank God for the woman who saved, Wheels and the woman who adopted him. This fills my heart with love and joy. God bless and protect these women, their furbabies and their families.
God speed, Wheels!
It just makes my day to see these stories of wonderful people helping these precious amazing doggies! God bless these angels!
What a beautiful story about Wheels. Now he can enjoy his life with his new family. God bless you for giving Wheels a chance 🙏🏽 🥰❤️
a tearful story with a happy ending
☺️
The vet clearly didn't say "I think you should euthanize him" The part that wasn't made up to draw tears was sweet though. I don't understand why such a good channel became nothing but an act. Beautiful dog nonetheless ❤️
Vet chiropractor worked wonders for my dog when he was temporarily paralysed. In a one two combo therapy at home and there. We got him up and running in six months. Way to go Wheels and everyone involved
I’m so glad they didn’t listen to that neurologist! This pup is so beautiful and deserves a second chance!❤️
He’s amazing!!
Loved this story and so glad there are caring adopters out there willing to take on dogs with disabilities!
I KNOW RIGHT ❤️. I FEEL THE SAME WAY 🙏🤗 GOD BLESS THEM 🥰
Wheels is lucky to have wonderful and patient parents! Every animal just wants and need to be loved. Thank you for amazing story! 🥰🥰
Such a happy little pupper!
I'm not crying, you're crying! LOL He's got the best humans ever watching out for him.
So glad he is still alive! What a cutie pie!😊❤
I love stories like this. He overcame the odds with help from his foster mom and others. I'm so glad he found his forever home. And they take care of special needs dogs already so it's a great fit!
It all depends on the quality of life. Wheels doesn't know anything but being happy.
With all the depressing stuff in the world, I needed this huge dollop of happiness and hope. Thanks, Dodo!
This really hit me...I had a dog that everyone wanted to give up on except me...he was beautiful and aware and intelligent...but noone thought he'd make it...he lived to be 18 yrs old when I was 26, he finally passed...but his resilience and profound awareness despite his condition was something that moved me until this day...i'm always looking for a chance to give a chance to any living creature because of him...he changed the way I look at the world because i realized life isn't just for the healthy humans...its for all living beings...and we have to do our part to be good arbiters for the life on this planet!
U r so right. I had tears in my eyes reading your and ur beloved doggis story. I am so happy that you were there fr each other. I wish there were more ppl like you
Well done guys, Wheels is awesome. How could you not want him?
Hopefully wheels gets more and more strength in his legs.
He has a beautiful smile, he seems like he would be a great addition to someone's family.
Thank you for the video.
There's no way you can look at that face, and even suggest to put him down! He's an awesome dog!!
1st glance : This angel has BOTH wings and paws ! Them Ears!
This dog is amazing. Beautiful, happy, has a smile on his face everyday. Dogs are here to teach us to love unconditionally, to live in the moment..that this moment now is amazing. Forget the past, you can't change it. If your constantly looking to the future, you will miss the now.
Plus, Dogs do have feelings. They are not a possession to be thrown out with the trash. They feel pain. They feel love. They know when your sick and need extra attention. They are amazing help for the handicap or wounded. Why can't we be more like them and be happy? You are taught to love or hate. In the wrong hands, Dogs kill.
Humans are the only species to see or set limitations.
Animals don't dwell on shoulda, woulda, coulda.
That's why they do so well.
They live in the here and now.
I watched a married Korean husband & Uzbekistan wife today.
The husband is in a wheelchair and does all the cooking, taking care of 2yo son, & 16yo step son. He washes & folds laundry and drives too.
He has an awesome attitude & has the kindest heart. Always positive & loves life.
The wife is so bubbly sweet & wonderful. She takes care of her family by working at a restaurant.
She works 8-12 days & studies for her cosmetology license which is hard to pass.
The puppy is absolutely amazing! Especially the scooting!
"This is kind of our jam." I love that quote.
But when people are paralyzed no doctor will tell them to put them down, but if it's a dog they can.... :( I'm happy Wheels is happy 😊
I agree. I would never go back to a vet who so easily suggests euthanasia. Wonderful for Wheels he has his new family!
Exactly....sounds like a lazy doctor
He's the happiest boy EVER!!
2 special people as you can see from their other rescues...I'd Love to hug him and all of them
Happy tears. If I only had a home, I'd take him. !!
Omg, what a cutie!! So happy to see Wheels loving life and getting the love he deserves.
I don’t think he stopped smiling the whole time 😍
Thank you for not listening to the veterans and giving him a chance I'm so glad he got a wonderful forever home
Man, that first Neurologist. " You should put him down" What happened to do no harm? That dog has more life in Him than most people I have encountered!
Such a beautiful story, I hope this video gets over one million views to put the word out that even special needs pets are equally as amazing as special needs humans. Great job as always, keep it up.
How could a vet look at that little face and say “oh just euthanize him”! He is just the cutest, sweetest boy EVER!!!! ☺️❤️
I too lost my dog because of poor medical facility and treatment 💔. A heartful of thanks to people who are saving animals and birds.
But I bet they charged top dollar. Doctors are out doing wonderful things for people who have no money but NOT VETS. Try taking your dog to a clinic at the closest vet school. It may be a couple of hours away but worth the time. Blessings!
@@maryelaine-blinstrubchambe6083 yeah , thanks.
SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ALL THE MEN AND WOMAN WHO DO GREAT THINGS HELPING OUR ANIMAL FRIENDS.
His little jeans were sooooo cute! I’m so happy he found a forever home. He deserves it! ❤️
I'm so glad this sweet dog found people to care for him. I don't know why the rescuers put such emphasis on "he *will* walk", though. It's definitely a good thing to make the effort to see if that's possible, but as everyone keeps pointing out, he's a happy little guy just the way he is. Give him his wheels and let him roll and he's fine. Mobility aids are great, nothing wrong with using them.
Great to see again how extremely flexible and adaptive dogs are! They don't think about the negatives, in opposition to us humans. They look it from the bright side of life. That's why dogs do not live as long as we, humans. They simply don't need the time to learn what love and positiveness is....
Him relaxing on the boat, smizing from ear to ear & sniffing the air 😍
Wish I could do that ☺️
Wheels has a better life than I do. I'd love a boat! Enjoy, pupper!
Pitbull has the most sweet and beautiful smile, we don’t see that on other breeds
With Bully Idol at his side Wheels can do anything ☺️😂
Aww AMAZING 😍😍😍😍🤩
HAS he found his forever home?. I'd luv to have him.
Well it's not the first time vets have had it wrong. It's always their answer to euthanise. Just sad!! Good on this woman for seeing more then what the vets seen.🙏🏽💜
Wheels is one of the happiest pups I’ve ever seen, walking or not! Those eyes..!💓 It would have been heartbreaking to snuff that bright little light out because of his disability.😢 Thank you for saving him!💖
This puppy is amazing, and so are these people.
It's stories like this that make this world a much, much better place in these trying times.
Wheels is such a cutie! I'm so glad he's living a happy life I hope he has a long and amazing life!
I’m smiling through my tears. What a sweetheart. Thanks for not giving up on him. 🥰❤️💋💋
All the other dogs are beautiful and gorgeous.
That is one INSPIRING and driven dog. He displays spirit because he won't stop or ever give up. Such a good baby.
God bless his little heart and you all
what a sweet baby so cute breaks your heart when someone says put them asleep he still is alive ready to play i pray someone takes care of him hugs and kisses to him may God Bless you all have a blessed day in christ love Terry 💝💖❤💗🙏🏻💒🛐✝️👣😇🐾
He is so adorable 🥰. I’m glad you didn’t listen to the vet
What a touching story! Most people in most countries of the world would just put him down, without considerning any other options. I am so happy for this little fighter!!!!
Man you can’t tell me dogs don’t have feelings after watching him in pure bliss in the last clip on the boat.
Such a tough, brave and determined dog
I am so glad they didn't give up on him. We have a older dachshund dog who became paralyzed last summer we took her to the emergency vet and they said we had a couple choices besides the $8000 surgery that she might not survive because oh her heart murmur.. keep her quiet and on pain meds and anti inflammatory meds for 6 to 8 weeks see if she had any improvements or euthanize her. We looked in to that little face with her bright alert eyes and said no way were we giving up on her. Today she scoots around very fast and while she has limitations like not being able to jump on furniture and have to kind of scoot forward as she urinates or poo's she's a happy little doggy not in pain at all. I have of course taken her for visits to our Vet he said he was amazed 80% of dogs in her situation don't make it. We are grateful for whatever time we have left with her. Anna In Ohio
All the blessings God has to you!
@@maryelaine-blinstrubchambe6083 Thank you we love her so much she's our senior citizen, we have 4 rescues and a new puppy that was given to us by a friend so yes as Lee said in a different video we have a "pack" best thing God ever created in my opinion. Anna In Ohio
Wow! He found the perfect family, no one is going to stop him!
People who rehab sick or injured animals are rock stars 🌟 🤩 ✨ ♥ thank ya'll for loving Wheels. ❤
ADORABLE STORY! SO SWEET, THAT BOY!
Oh that face❤. Kudos to everyone that helped Wheels!
This boy blossomed because these people pour their heart and soul (and resources) into helping him move again. Always get a second opinion if you think there is another way.
Years ago I adopted a dog from a dog pound in California. Two days later the dog started sneezing almost non-stop...it was very snotty. Not like a dog's usual clear, wet nose, but pretty gross. I took him to the vet where they diagnose him with Distemper. The vet said he needed to be euthanized. I was just in my mid-20s and had no idea what to do, but I said NO WAY! I was going to give my dog a chance to live! He was happy other than the sneezing, snotty nose.
I took my dog, Chayce, home...put him in a sweater of mine, would not let him run around or play. I covered everything in my room with sheets for him to sneeze on..ugh..what a mess. I wasn't sure what to do, but I'd been raised by a mom who was very much into natural remedies, so I started my dog on vitamin C every 4 hours for several days. Since his body was trying to fight off the Distemper, the extra Vit C was a boost to his immune system.
I walked him outside to take care of business, and then right back inside to get lots of rest. Eventually, the sneezing stopped, he was eating normally and was obviously healthy. I took him back to the same vet, who basically dismissed my "remedy" - after all, I was a 20 something girl, not a licensed Veterinarian. But I didn't really care what he thought, I just knew that had I listened to the vet originally, my dog would have been put to death. Instead, he lived a very long and happy life.
Well done you , for believing in yourself and your dog , great story thank you.
That’s very cool! But without seeing a second opinion that it could possibly get better you tan the risk of making your dog get worse and have a poor quality of life before dying..Happy it ended up well though
What a lovely little soul...he cannot help but bring smiles wherever he goes
What a wonderful story. Such loving people. Great dog!
Ah bless, he's adorable and so full of life. Keep going Wheels, you can do anything you want.
Oh my goodness the name wheels so cute so many special-needs dogs love them keep it up!!🥹🐶🦤
Ok but bully idol is the best thing I've ever heard
That's terrific! Very happy for him! Way to go, Wheels!
Ok "The Dodo". You got me this time. I really do love wheels smile. He is such a determined puppy. Thank you for posting.
Way to go Wheels! A story with three heroes: the foster who refused to euthanize Wheels, the incredible family that adopted Wheels, and WHEELS--an inspiration for all of us. Moral of story = Get a second opinion. Vets and doctors are fallible humans. They often make mistakes. I know this from my own experience.
I wish all the world was filled with people like these - I have such respect for everyone involved in little Wheels living his best life - thank you 😊
Incredible human caregivers, incredible dog, and a beautiful story.💚💙❤️
That made me so happy I'll be even be happier when he's out of he's wheels he's a treasure and so are you.
This puppy is so beautiful. So funny and amazing. I hope he finds a forever home
Wow! Such good and compassionate people!
First advice of most vets if an animal has a problem put it down, all they are concerned about is cost, that's why i love Dr Jeff the Rocky Mountain Vet he basically won't put an animal down "unless" it is actually the best thing for the animal.
Yah fr. Dogs get put down for the dumbest reasons
I just love, Love, LOVE the pitty/ bully smile! He is so happy! Bless his rescuers and adopters! 🤗❤️🥰
Wheels has got the most beautiful smile and the biggest heart in the world. Go Wheels ☺

Look how happy those pets are as they share their love to humans, as well. They deserve to live! Prayers for giving your lives in this important manner & for your example to the world! Wake Up, drs & ppl.!!!
The spirit is so strong in this one!!
That's usually how it goes a doctor says something can't be done and the patient proves them wrong
They only say it can’t be done because most give up and don’t try because it’s too much work..They don’t normally expect a fighter
his resiliency proved them wrong.. Wheels is such a fighter..
“He was literally a fish!“ No, he was still a dog. A very adorable and lovely dog though.
Thanks to all for fight for this beautiful creature!!!!
