We picked up a set of Injora Monster Truck Wheels and Tires and test it out on the FMS speed motor. We discovered very early on the stock plastic spur gear is a no go on the speed motor overall the tires are a nice fit and even a better look

Wow, from all the bad press regarding stripping plastic gears in the trans, I have had zero issues with mine.
I did break in the speed motor by hand, and realling broke the trans in.
Now it runs like a watch, full power launches on high traction, backward backflips, everything. I have an oem gear set on favorites, but I just haven't had any issues. For me it's been THE preeminent mini monster truck experience. Very tough.
I stripped my spur gear early on but it kept driving like a champ I need the metal gear set ior the sped motor I went back to the stock motor for now
I have a fleet of these mini monster trucks and have different brands of tires on each. Furitec has the best in my opinion, they have aluminum adjustable hexes, you can choose your offset. The tires are wider than injora

Why are rear tyres on back to front?

@@Joercgarage the rear tyre tread pattern is back to front. The tyres should be mounted the other way so the V Tread is the other way. Like your front tyres(which are correct) you will get better traction this way
