@@rcreviews9894I picked up the Castle mamba micro x2 0808 running with the stock pinion can run 3s or 2s for me 3s is just for speed runs 2s is the sweet spot if u want to keep it budget Amazon has some cheap combo it’s up to you

@@Joercgarage watching another video they fined a longer brush motor so that it could reach the transmission, my engine has already burned out 4 factory motors pami the battery that they sold me very strong is the gens acq 5300 7.4 v 60c

@@tharodfather7647 I would say it’s comparable my buddy really enjoys the way my cars drive I believe he runs a yokomo gyro and rev d servos everyone likes different stuff some guys swear by the yokomo and futaba Gyro and servo for there drift cars for me I’m good with this set up specially coming from the stock servo and gyro

@@Joercgarage that what I was wondering if compared to those companies.. I have the same car as you. I’m just getting into drifting and I could hold my drifts pretty good but I feel it could get better with some upgrades.. Good stuff on the vid 🤙🏽

@@tharodfather7647 I need more practice time but when someone who really knows how to drive a drift car I can see the potential in the combo whatever u decide A upgraded gyro and servo and will make the car betters hands down

@@JoelKilos it’s pretty simple it work on its own battery (similar to those cr2032 batteries ) and the led responds to movement super cool kit

@@zackche3425 you need to solder the wires going motor it does not come with any plugs on the esc

A couple of things it has batter receiver remote links aluminum motor mount and a different slipper assembly everything else is the same

@@t3floz I would use a spectrum 3200 kv the motor should be no bigger than 3660 size that motor has has a 5mm shaft on it hope this helps

@@Joercgarage ye ive come to the conclusion that 3660 fits best.m Altough i want to go to about 4000kv or do you think it will be undruvable or too hot? Seen some use 3800kv

@@t3floz 4000 kv should work but just remember the higher the kv the lower the pinion should be to keep the temps in check.

@@t3floz I’m running a 15t with 3200kv on 3s and the temps are good for me I would try a few different options to see what best for you and where u run at

I wanted to but my run got cut short due to the skaters but yes the maxx is a beast..

It does comes painted like that but it does require some assembly like the light buckets wing side mirrors and some other stuff

It’s not the best rock crawler however you can make it decent by adding some weight down low that weird I would of imagine performing similar to the early bronco but definitely as a trail truck it’s one of my favorites the CJ7 has killer looks on the trail thanks for stopping by👊🏻

Yes big rock granite vortex there all the same wheelie bar and they will be a direct fit for the Gorgon

No my rear wheels is off set more in the rear than the front it could be one of 2 things it could be the right wheel offset moved those are adjustable wheels and I have them just taped so at time the offset can move 🤷‍♂️or it could be that my body slightly moved off the mount..

Nice just picked up some more upgrades for it need more practice time and can’t wait for the p-tile to get installed.. 👊🏻🙌🏻
