Hi Dan ; great videos on the 2022 Qashqai and his has just confirmed my advance order of this vehicle. Not due into Australian market until October 2022
Hi from Costa Rica. I love your review. I have a Qashqai 2016 tekna and i want to buy the new versión Deluxe 2023 because electronic System is incredible nice.
Hey. I am waiting for my new 2021 tekna plus in September. I already watched lot of reviews and video's. But no body make video in night time. For bater look in night drive experience and interior lights, specially headlights. If is it possible please make one video for Nissan Fans. Thanks.
Thanks to the fact that it has a turbocharged engine qith lots of torque at lor revs it's actually pretty nice to drive. Thing is - fuel consumption is pretty high as well.
Also, you mention in the video the car changing gears - not possible as it's a CVT! They may have added the sensation of gear changing but that's artificial if so.
@@adomingues00 CX-30 has basically the same dimensions as Nissan Qashqai, 2008 is smaller than both. And it doesn't use that much fuel, I'd say less than both Tucson and Qashqai especially on the highway.
@@sic22l Dimensions on paper yes, but driving it is a diferent situation. I've driven a lot of CX-30 and it's smaller inside than both Qashqai and Tucson with no dougts. It "feels" smaller, boot is also clearly smaller for example. I do love the quality of interiors wich are on another level of classy, but it does feel smaller. On the consumption it depends on the engine, the CX30 has the top of the range Skyactiv-X (expensive) wich has an incredible highway MPG, but the more reasonable Skyactiv G M with is a fuel hog because you need higher RPM because of no turbo and no cilinder hack of the X.
I've just ordered the Qashqai on lease but I think the Tuscon is a more interesting design but the Qashqai is much better value (for me on lease anyway).
So tricky question. Nissan qushkai or renault austral? E power vs hybrid. For me quskhai would be cheaper connecta version monthly. Renault more expensive like 300 vs 354 per month. I done just test drive with austral. Never espected such car from renault.
Hi Dan! Nice video. Did you noticed that the speed and the last speed indicator are disappearing from time to time for quite a while? See around min 15. They are missing both from the instrument cluster and from the head-up display. Do you know why?
I think the premier edition is the right version to go with those 18” wheels with the good year f1 assymetric. Got one and its just WAY BETTER than my last qashqai which was a tekna.
You will get silence from Quashqai up to 10 000 km.Later you will need to repair engine, DSG gearbox, electric squeaky seats, chassis etc ... Never again..
Been driving nissans my whole life Nissan micras , Nissan notes, Nissan pulsar and now second generation qashqai never once have I ever had engine problem with any car I had problems with Toyota and never drove Toyota again

@SDA Dan Cars What's the difference between Sport mode using the D-mode toggle and Ds (drive sport) mode on the automatic transmission?
I can’t remember exactly but i think are the same 🤔

Hallo Asim my friend👋🙂I will try my best to do it 👍
Great review the previous model was dual clutch what's the cvt like on the new model as cvts have this horrible drone noise like most cvts.
Paul it was really smooth and nice 👍🙂
@@SDADanCars thanks for that my faith in cvts mite change compared to dual clutch.
🙂

Hello from Ukraine! Thanks for this review) If choose between new Qashqai and new X-trail , is there different in driving?
Not at all they are very similar👍Thanks for feedback
Nice review, thanks. How do you find the acceleration from start? I'm a bit wary of CVT gearboxes.
Also, you mention in the video the car changing gears - not possible as it's a CVT! They may have added the sensation of gear changing but that's artificial if so.
It is very smooth and nice...the transmission is lovely ...you are right is CVT that why is so smooth 👍🙂🤭
It's very smooth, pretty slow for 160hp, very high fuel consumption.
How does it compare to the honda civics system?
Great review as always. If you compare with new Tucson petrol - which will you recommend?
Georgi both cars are very good ...hard to choose one ... both have goods and bads....
They both use quite a lot of fuel. Mazda CX-30?
@@sic22l CX-30 is much smaller than both. Kinda like the peugeot 2008. Also high consumption.

How is this compared to Tucson? Which one would you buy? Thanks.
Depend Cosmin ....Both are good cars but have goods and bads....I like the tech on Tucson and I like the smooth ride on Nissan 🙂
Tucson is beter
Grandland x Hybrid 4 , 300 HP. 0 ..100..6.1 sec. But this Nissan is beautifuuuuul😉
But compare whit C4 Hybrid and 3008 Hybrid , how is this Nissan?
I've just ordered the Qashqai on lease but I think the Tuscon is a more interesting design but the Qashqai is much better value (for me on lease anyway).
Catalin it is very hard to choose a car those days ...all are really nice 🙂
When you do Reverse, only right-side cam works? Or also the Left-side?
I cant remember but should do both 👍

both are super cars…. Hard to say😪
Great! review, I know you mentioned it was quiet… did you get much wind noise?
Steve when I did the test drive I didnt notice to much noise from outside....maybe at high speeds...I didn't notice anything strange 👍
How does it compare to the honda civics system
I think is better the nissan one

Stefan it is editing problem 👍The car work fine
@@SDADanCars Thanks 🤣
😁
I think he missed some speed signs and was over the speed limit, that's why, they blurred the speed :D

Yes agree 👍
i ordered one tekna model
👍nice
Wonderful ❤🥺😩
Yes 🙂👍
Wonder what Carlos Ghosn thinks of it?
Hehe 🙂
I call it the Nissan Kaškaj.
Yes 👍
@@SDADanCars That’s the Slavic way of calling the Nissan Qashqai.
have already 2 Qashqai driven. First 2011 and 2014 and after 3 minutes of seeing this video i can tell the electronics still sucks ...
Thanks for feedback Patrick👍🙏
Can you do a test drive at night pleaseeeee??????? Would love to see it at night
I will try my best Mika 👍🙂
Cașcai not cascai. Not that it matters , I just want to point it out ^^ #grammarnazi

You didn't try a VW. The most overvalued brand. I have a CC who's falling in parts, before finishing repairs on onething, something else fails. 😡
