And since management comprises functions and since these functions requires management, management is then a sort of the competence of the competencies.
Directing comprises delegation which itself comprises controlling
Organizing comprises coordinating

A management process is a systematic and coordinated set of activities managed by managers to organize, lead, and control the resources and efforts of an organization toward its goals. Several interconnected phases are typically involved in the process.
To begin, creating entails setting objectives, developing strategies, and developing action plans to guide the organization's activities. It evaluating the current situation, future trends, and deciding on the best course of action. Second, organization creates a structure for the organization, allocating resources, and responsibilities to various individuals or departments. This step ensures that the appropriate people have the resources and authority to complete the tasks that have been assigned to them. The third step is to lead, which includes motivating and directing employees as well as fostering a positive work environment.
