I don't know who is responsible for these decisions but getting these guys out in a comfortable venue for 4 straight nights before the big summer tour and working out the kinks, lighting, audio, streaming...Is such a great way to get the real-life experience and tweaks made. What an absolute blast to have watch them blast off over the last 5 years. Absolutely stunning. Thanks for sharing the streams and I can't wait to watch more and come see it in person soon. GOOOOOOOSSSSSEEEEE!
I tell all my friends, i saw them in June 2019 at 'Pizza in the Park'. Had no idea who they were or that there was going to be be a band there anyway. I was drawn like a moth to a flame!!!!
Got miracled a ticket somehow from an internet stranger. Drove 3.5 hours to see the show. Rockdale FUCKED ME ALL THE WAY UP. Drive took the whole Cap to the Moon and we danced in low gravity for a while. 2 new songs to close set 1. Then a Factory Fiction closer and Yeti encore. Pretty fucking spectacular show. Cotter did his thing. This year is gonna be a ripper for Goose again.
I second the comment about sharing the shows. I work from home and was able to listen the whole thing today - thank you for sharing this. Cant wait for Philly and Holmdel NJ!
These guys have so quickly rocketed to being my favorite band. The talent, flow, vibe, vocals, groove, blues, clean riffs, shred capability, limitless improvisation, clear love of playing live, I mean I don’t know what else to say. Rick is a genius on the guitar
Great concert and "first" performance by Cotter. Just as the transition to the Professor took Rush to new heights, I see only a tremendous future for Goooose.
Fuckin great to see our boys back in form. Some positively Grateful Deady moments tonight w the drum interplay and Rick’s gorgeous new Deluxe Reverb-driven tone. Hails yeah!!
Yeah, I was getting some fish Vive some Grateful Dead vibes. I can’t wait to see them with a new drummer. I’ve only see them once and thought they were good but after this show, I am completely sold on them.
I want to point out that even though cotter kinda messed up that first chorus on seekers, he corrected himself on the next one and still kept that fast pace beat with the high hats. It's cool to see his brain workin everything out and tightly keepin the groove! Good shit yall!
Fun show! It really set the stage for the rest of this incredible run. After that Drive, we all knew magic was possible and Cotter was going to fit in just fine. And the moment of love for Cotter! So special, you only play your first show once!
52:52 is the moment where I say "I will be attending my first Goose show sometime this year and nothing will stop me!". Want to be in that crowd so bad.
The jams during the two chateau sessions and tonight have been phenomenal. The band has really been playing great and the jams have been super dynamic and they really are exploring some cool spaces. The long intro in flowdown set the tone . Cotters energy and type of drumming is a great addition and this band's future is brighter then ever .
Lots of clipping going on before someone figured it out around 14:40 but still great to catch the show from my couch :) thanks for sharing the entire show!

Goose Debut April 7, 2024
Lyrics
So you think that you know what it’s all about
Think you know somehow how it all went down
Think you know what it is (Tell ‘em again!)
Think you what’s coming (Tell ‘em one more time!)
What is this you think you’re gonna do
Taking the reins
Pulling the blinds
Pulling the wool
From your eyes
Turn it inside out
See it in your mind
Breaking down your noise
There’s nowhere to hide
I try to keep my head buried down in the dirt
Don’t mind doing an old two stitch rail bird
One piece at a time (One by one!)
And away we go (Everything we’ve got!)
Come on now buddy, what you’ve got to show?
Taking the reins
Pulling the blinds
Pulling the wool
From your eyes
Turn it inside out
See it in your mind
Breaking down your noise
There’s nowhere to hide
Salt in the air
Wind in your hair
Future to find
You bleed, you fight
Sun in your eyes
Lynching the light
Still past the rut
That’s where they’re at
