I literally had this problem with one of my chains from another company and JUST fixed the clasp right after watching this video. This video was super helpful, I was gonna send the chain back but now it's fixed thanks to this video 🙏🏼

Eddie I have a questions are the safety clasps replaceable? I let someone try on one of my cuban bracelets and they bent the safety clasp. How much are those little pieces to replace? Thanks!
Ok let me explain about the whole custom jeweler. Yes Eddie was making custom pieces but during the pandemic Eddie was dealing with a person to make a long story short he had a fall out with the guy who made the custom pieces. Yes Eddie is looking for a new person to do custom pieces but u need to give him time how long im not sure to be honest. But yes Eddie did do custom pieces before and I have proof. I have a custom predator pendant from Harlem bling that is 4inch tall with a solid back with moissanite and the blood glows in the dark just like in the movie 🎥. Hope I was able to help u out on the whole custom piece question

I did want to ask you Eddie on the diamond rope chains, on some of my tshirts they get caught in the collar part and they start to make the collar pill, any way to fix this or do they all do this? Eddie you guys should make some genuine diamond jewelry but at the same time keep the moissanite pieces because if you make so much off the moissanite the diamond jewelry would attract more customers at the same time dominate your competition
