Hello @michiganish I was seeing if you could list all the upgrades you did? I am looking to purchase a wildcat and do some of the upgrades you did. Awesome stuff!
Bought a wildcat trail. Difficult to change gears. Stop with the front wheels in a bind means you won't be able to change gears - can't get out of H-forward to back up. Try to force the gear stick and it will break. Cooling system inadequate. The engine overheats. The dealer was swamped with repairs on these machines and complaints about not being able to get the dealer to fix the gear and cooling system. To escape he actually went out of business.
My answer is...I bought a Trail Limited for $1299 less than a sport XT... the super ATV long travel kit is $1799.... so when everything is said and done, my Wildcat Trail limited will be a 60" machine, sitting 3" higher, with bumpers, full doors, Rhino Axles, REV1 Chromoly tubed A-arms, pre-hard chromoly uniballs with 17mm studs to replace the ball joints... 500 dollars more than a stock Wildcat Sport XT... that has stock A-arms, half doors, no bumpers, stock axles, stock ball joints.
You need the half windshield with the lip at the top. You see over it but the lip directs the wind and bugs and stuff over your head. It's awesome!

👍💯
What size tires are those?
Nice sxs but why get a trail and then make it wider? Then the 50" that the trail is
All that was available. And 50 inch is too narrow and prone to rollovers.
