You can also use banana baby food to prevent chunks its already blended. But yes girl I love your recipe!! I will be trying this sometime this winter. Thanks for sharing loving the results
I’m so in love with your hair!!! We have the same hair type....I’ve been keeping mine short cause it’s so thick but seeing more and more longer length naturals with my same hair type is making me rethink my decision of having it shot and to start letting it grow out!! You make it look so easy and manageable!!! Thank you 😊 Glad I came across your channel!!
I had to give this video a thumbs up when she started making the DIY Conditioner! Healthy hair! I use aloe vera juice with all my products. Thinking I may transition to the plant soon.
U make me feel so much better about my hair. I always wanted the lose 3b/3c curls but that’s just not my hair. However, maintaining styles of any sort art really hard for me. please make a video since our hair seems to share characteristics.
Having a detangling, moisturizing shampoo is a must! It has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with my natural hair journey. I'm surprised not many naturals detangle with a good shampoo. Your hair is also very pretty☺️👸🏿
🗣The twist out is cute! But, was I the only one distracted by the eyeshadow 💕 Yaaaaassss hun! I'm feeling it. Can you do a video on how to apply that eyeshadow? I'm trying to learn how to apply and blend.
My hair is basically the same as yours but longer, i'm 14 years old so my mom still has control over me lol and i don't have a lot of freedom with my hair. i wish i could put this much care into my hair but my mom thinks it's a waste of time so every wash day is just: unbraid, condition, shampoo, condition and detangle, then braid. :(( i want to try deepconditioning or using more natural/homemade products in my hair instead of just pantene shampoo and conditioner.
Your hair is amazing and u take great care of it. My lazy ass wouldn't do all of this, maybe once a month. My hair is really weird, it's thick, it barely shrinks (I mean not as much as 4c hair type). I don't see curls cause when I comb my hair it looks like a blowout, only when my hair is wet I see define curls mind you only on the lower back of my head and the ends throughout my hair. My hair still doesn't curl that much from the roots for 3/4 when it's wet. I wash my hair 2x -, deep condition 1x a week cause I also do an oil treatment 2x a week and because my head will start to feel heavy with the products and oils in my hair. Where I live has a warm climate so for me it's necessary. After I've washed my hair I twist/braid my hair with a curl cream and a leave in conditioner I've done that for years, still no curls. Throughout the week I put curl cream/ moisturizer every other day, because my hair dries out so fast. Sometimes once a month I do a rice water or shea butter treatment. I'm 20+ years old and I've flat ironed my hair 3- or 4x since I was born so I don't think heat damage is the problem. Never relaxed, wore wigs, weave or extensions. I know my hair is not that special but for me it's strange to see other black women on youtube (including you) whom are darker than me have such define curls and amazing hair. Can someone give me an indication on what is wrong with my hair, what my hair type is and what porosity level I might have?
I grew up washing hair in the kitchen sink in New Orleans. The old homes had bathtubs and no showers. You can clean fish and meat in the sink, why not your hair?
Exactly! All of these comments about her washing her hair in the sink are so bizarre. Seriously, it's shampoo, conditioner, and few strands of shed hair. All of which can be easily cleaned up. These folks act like she's straight up bathing her whole body in the kitchen sink.
I've been looking for a routine like this! My hair is similar to yours (what it likes) and that diy deep conditioner sealed the deal for me. New subbie!
Hey Sis...thanks for the video.. my hair is a 3C,4A,4B type of hair and i will definitely try out this way of washing my hair. Thanks a lot. Much love from Curaçao 😉🤗
Hair so nice I had to come back TWICE!! *crying emoji* I have 4C Hair as well but as SOON as I finish washing my hair, its back to being dry and just not the same as I would envision it to look after I get out lol. Non the less I've tried doing deep conditioning, oils, hella shampoo and conditioner combos for softer more moisturized hair and NOT A DAMN THING is working -__-. So I happily brought myself to your page to see the error in my ways. I know that even tho we have 4C Hair our hair is still different but Imma give this baby a go once I take my braids out ;D.
Examine what you are putting IN your body. You may need to increase your water intake. Also, most store bought products arent that great for 4c hair because of their chemical content. 4c girls can't just be putting stuff in our hair because we see somebody use it on a video. We have to read labels and look up ingredients and see exactly what they are doing to our hair. Also, heat is a no no for dry 4c hair. Use the MSPS method (moisturize (aloe vera juice+rosewater), seal (only use 100% organic carrier and essential oils) protective styles like mini twists/braids) deep condition twice a month with a NATURAL conditioner, (which organix is not). Yadain Cultural Solutions and a few other black owned companies carry chemical free deep conditioners. And always wear your satin scarf to bed and sleep on a satin or silk pillow case. ALWAYS. Lol.
I'm natural as well. that's crazy because two days ago I literally just got that brand but it was the Argon and biotin shampoo. I literally just washed my hair and I need to figure out a way to not have it tangle up. I literally was thinking of how can I figure this out and yours popped up this is perfect.
you should shorten your intro...some people might get bored and leave before seeing your content, intros could be 12 seconds or shorter, but 30 seconds is too long sis :/
Hey BriBri Sorry if some of us have slow internet/are in a hurry and just want to get to the point. An intro is super cool but when it goes on for a bit too long it becomes kind of annoying
I'm sorry to break it to you but I searched up that shampoo your using and I found a silicon in it! The silicone was demithicon. I used to use ogx too and I loved it till I learnt about suflates, silicones, and parabens so I checked there products and boy was I sad. I found silicones on literally all the ogx products. If your going natrual I would ditch ogx.
this is almost identical to my diy conditioner. Mines is very ripe banana, water, Shea butter, oils, honey and aloe Vera. I was so shook when I first did it. Lol.
Wow I like your hair and will definitely try your method thank you so very much for sharing this is my first time on your channel and I love your channel.
This is probably a silly question, but do any of you ladies know where to get the type of large clips she uses to section her hair in this video and what they're called? I've been looking for some and keep seeing them in natural hair videos, but I have no idea how to find them 😩😩 !! If any of you know, please comment and help a girl out! Thank you! :)
This video made me realize how lazy I am with my hair. You put so much care and time into your hair. Definitely motivated now to do better.

I just cannot believe how neat your twists stay even when you rinse out the conditioner in them! It's amazing!
Yesssssssssss! I put mine in twists and when I rinse out the conditioner they come apart. ☹️
That DIY conditioner is a must try love it!
The deep conditioner was almost looking like a smoothie 😫
Agreed, edible if we remove the conditioner.... lol
Attention to detail and hard work gives beautiful results. You are stunning
Yay! You are the first person, outside of myself, who pre-poos with ACV! I do it to keep my dandruff at bay. Works wonders!
You can also use banana baby food to prevent chunks its already blended. But yes girl I love your recipe!! I will be trying this sometime this winter. Thanks for sharing loving the results

My hair is only 4" long natural and it hurts my arms so bad when washing and twisting it up. What will I do when it's 20 in long?
Gorgeous hair and I love your results! Bomb DIY conditioner. I love hair care tfs
I’m confused on when to do the acv rinse because some do it before shampoo and some do it after conditioning 😩
