How to defend vs Kenshi properly? And I don't mean any magic buttons or counterpick, but in general. There are lots of basic things to know that I see lots of people just don't know/use like if they want combo from overhead there will be some pause which is indicator that OH is coming. I am pretty sure you have lots of stuff like that to share.
hey thats a good question I'm sorry but I have plans to make a comprehensive "what are your options against sento sandwhich" video when I hit 10k subs on youtube the tldr though is you need to recognize the sento buttons and kenshi strings and know where the gaps are you need to know WHAT sento sandwhich is capable of, and recognize what the kenshi player is trying to do. see sento can do A LOT (armor break, 50/50, block infinite) but he cannot do all those things at once to elaborate on your example. kenshi's block infinite involves him looping b12 (low) and sento 4. properly executed its all gapless so you cant even press/armor. if you get hit by the low he gets a full combo. BUT if he goes for the overhead if he wants to jail (keep it gapless) he can't convert into full combo on hit because sento doesnt recover in time. if he wants to convert to full combo on hit he HAS to delay the overhead slightly, which as you said is a tell and also means theres a gap that can be pressed on anyways I'd go on but comment section probably isnt the place for an in depth essay I hope to hit 10k subs soon 🤣🤣
