- Join the Amoeba Sisters as they explore the excretory system! This video will first discuss two major functions of the excretory system before focusing on the nephron. The majority of this video will tour through the nephron while listing major items reabsorbed and secreted.

Well, at the start of the video she did say that the excretory system is the most ignored, and in fact, the most important system that not many people are that familiar with. Maybe the amoeba sisters are biased?

Just one little nitpick.
The ureters loop behind and under the bladder, filling from below. This is because having the urine fall into the bladder would be taxing having a constant drip of liquid as well as unneeded stimulation of the nerves.
Please sister Make videos on Aldosterone and ADH if possible.
