Hello! It all depends on the scores required by the schools you are applying to. There may be programs that accept 90, but I think that most schools require at least 100. However, you need to check with the specific schools.

Normally schools ask for 115, but if you want to study in a top school, you should get 130

Most of the practice test i get 115-120. i need 120 in real test. should i go for the real test?
You may be able to get 120! But, you may also score lower...It's impossible to predict your exact score on the test, also because luck is involved.
