Yay!!! New vlog 😁😁 I live for these 🤍🤍
Woohoo!!! Thanks for supporting us in this new journey!!
I’m so excited for y’all to move 😁 we need to have more dates please! 🥰
Absolutely!! You already know we’re down for that 😊
This is a ncie video! My husband and I are planning to move there. How is the experience so far?😊
Where did you move to? I’m in Bayonne but I want to move.
Thanks for the great video, and pointers for apartment hunting. I need help with few pointers
1. Did you guys tried touring the Bayone, if then yes then why not that one
2. Any good daycare near to skyloft apartment
We didn’t get to tour Bay One but it looks beautiful! A daycare is currently being built at South Cove Commons :)
Great video guys. Wife and I move into Bay One apartments in 2 weeks!
Congrats!! Where are you moving in from? Another town/state?
@@MarkShan Florida! But we lived in Bayonne before! Woodmont bay club and harbor point!
@@fernandosilva Welcome back! I’m sure we’ll cross paths in town. We’re moving on Monday.
Im thinking of moving there too, how is the commute to NYC? I see on google that you have to walk to the lightrail which turns me off because of weather and stuff like that. Do they have convenient ways to get to the light rail or NYC?
@@ciscodeleon4156 It looks like a 7 minute walk from Edge to 22nd Street Light Rail Station. I don’t think they offer a transportation service to the light rail.
We really loved Edge but we decided on a different apartment complex in Bayonne. Skye Lofts South is right next to the light rail - it’s only a 1 minute walk. Check it out - skyelofts.com/contact?Google&BL&Listing
Ayee a Bayonnite! I loved the Edge! But it is smaller than some of the other apartments around the area. Have you checked B22 and Skyelofts? Skylofts is not too far from the Edge and I think it is a little bigger. It may not have all the fancy stuff, but it is cheaper!! Good luck!!!
Heyyy!!! How long have you lived in Bayonne? We love that you mentioned Skye Lofts - that’s where we decided to move. It’s great!
@@MarkShan Loved the video. Besides edge and Skye lofts, which other communities did you consider? I'm also looking at apartments in the area and curious as to what made you pick Skye Lofts over the others seeing as you seem to have liked the Edge for eg.
@@abovebeyond2864 Thanks for the feedback!
We looked at a 2-bedroom unit in a multi-family home, but it didn't have the space that fit our lifestyle. We had appointments at other apartments but I cancelled them after visiting Skye Lofts.
It's all about love at first site for me (Shannon) and monthly cost. I'm a wedding and lifestyle photographer and I appreciate great natural light in my home. Before stepping into the available unit at Skye Lofts I told my husband "If it's not love at first sight, I will be okay choosing any other apartments we've previously toured." Our unit in Skye Lofts South had that Wow factor for me - high ceilings, natural light that filled the entire common areas and master br, walk in closet in the master br, balcony from the living room all way way to the master br with access from both rooms in the unit, beautiful bathroom, and closet space (this was very important cause we have a baby and that comes with so much baby gear and products for different stages of her life). The bonus for me was that the available unit had 2 bedrooms!! This was a dream unit for me! I was gonna settle with 1 bedroom bc I found the monthly cost for a 2-bedroom is so high for mostly all newer apartments in Bayonne.
I'd be happy to answer any other questions you have! Are you still on the hunt? When do you plan to move to Bayonne?
@@MarkShan Thank you so much for your response; that's wonderful to hear! I am planning to move to Bayonne in ~2 months and totally agree with your points about high ceilings, walk in closet etc and the attractive price point at which the apartments are being offered vs similar new apartments around Bayonne. I am yet to figure out the noise situation since it is so close to the light rail and other train lines, but at least the station being right next door is very convenient.
@@abovebeyond2864 I totally get what you mean about the noise. We used to live at an apartment unit that faced the train tracks. Our current unit is on the opposite side of the building, away from the light rail and we don’t hear a thing - the sirens and honking can be heard from our balcony tho. The light rail doesn’t blow a horn or anything like that (from what I know) so as long you find a sweet spot in the building, I think noise can be a cancelling factor. (Just my opinion)
how do u like skyelofts after being there a while? Is it okay with the train being right there?
I like B22 but its always filled.
Also looking at Lofts Two22.
We don’t mind the location because we don’t hear the light rail at all. Its different from being next to a train where they’re blowing their horn.
Theres no such thing as luxury apartments in Bayonne NJ, its a sales ploy
The apartment is absolutely beautiful!
How if it’s newly built with fitness centers, rooftop views with grills, some even have pools and balconies as well as game rooms
I'd rather see the apartment than your faces.
You can get a full tour by scheduling a tour in person :)
