Hey Melanie Beckler here and today I'm excited to talk to you about Heart Chakra opening. I'm going to share with you a simple and yet so powerful practice for awakening your heart Chakra to a new level. And this is powerful because pretty much every human on the planet, even the most open hearted individuals, have this potential to further awaken the heart, to access the innate soul qualities and divine wisdom available to us each. Now the heart Chakra blossoms like a lotus more and more of its petals opening up. And when this happens, you're able to access more of your gifts, spiritual abilities, soul qualities, and highest divine frequency. The Heart Chakra is so important to keep open, to keep in balance, to awaken as you progress on your spiritual path and really just on your path through life. Because the heart Chakra is the balance point for your multidimensional being and open.
Balanced heart empowers you to perfectly balance living as a material. Being and living as a spiritual being is the center that keeps you in alignment with the middle path, balanced, spiritually balanced, physically not swinging too far into unbalanced materialism or unbalanced spirituality. So your Heart Chakra is the center point of the seven Chakras of your physical body. But then it's also the center point between your multidimensional Chakras and your multidimensional being. So keeping your heart in balance is so powerful for balancing your multidimensional being, but then also empowering you to love and thrive in the present moment. When your heart is open and you are centered in your heart in a balanced and empowered way, you're able to flow with the love and grace and peace throughout your life, connecting with others in a balanced and joyful way, and living on the path of love. So to open your heart Chakra, the process I have to share with you today is simple, but don't let that trick you into feeling that it's not powerful because this is so profound.
So essentially focus your awareness within. I like to begin by asking to be surrounded by divine light and love. And with my team of guides, angels ascended masters of the middle path of the highest did like to surround me, bless my energy and assist me in opening my heart Chakra in the way that will most serve according to divine will. And so it is direct your attention then to the your center of your mind, focusing your awareness they're in and where attention goes, energy flows. So you're in your mind. And then imagine, visualize, experience that you're taking an elevator from your mind down to your heart. So allow your attention to lower down. Jot Down, moving down through your throat, through your thymus, and into your heart. Focusing on the center of your chest, the very center of your being and entering your awareness within. You can look for a spark of golden light, a spark of rose gold light.
Tune into that spark of light. Tune into whatever sensation or tingling or feeling or pressure you find on the area of your heart center. And focus on that all of your attention on it. Breathe into your heart, allowing your heart to open. And as you exhale, let go, let go on your outbreath and release into the light. Any past pains or traumas or tensions, any feelings of not being enough, any feelings of not being able to connect, let go and focus inward on the light. Move your awareness within. Continuing to move in the center of the center of the center of your heart center. So this perpetual inward spiral and motion as you go deeper into your heart, focusing on that pinprick of light and experience it expanding and growing as you move within it. And as you keep moving within your heart center, this inward movement, this inward motion, this centering on walks you from the mind just for now and empowers your heart Chakra to open. Empowers your heart Chakra to awaken. Empowers your heart center to blossom, to fill with more light, to receive the blessings of light and love of your guides and angels who are all around.

This is BY FAR the weirdest thing I've ever experienced... Someone did a tarot reading for me yesterday and told me my spirit angels wanted me to open my heart chakra. This is the first video I've watched about it and wasn't expecting much... But when you said to go to the deepest of the deepest place in my hart, I suddenly started balling my eyes out and my whole body was shaking and after around 20 seconds I couldn't stop laughing and crying. @@hannahgabrielle3191 if I remember this correctly, just get comfortable and follow the video like a meditation. For me it felt like a warm, safe, comfortable feeling. I was overwhelmed with emotion and cried tears of joy. It wasn’t super vivid for me, but I’ve never been good at visualizing lol. It was just kind of like I could feel them come in to my mind, and saw them kind of as a day dream? I’m not quite sure how to explain that but I hope that helps!

Omg this was the weirdest sensation I ever felt, my heart felt like warm at one point it was like a flower opening. I don’t know, I cant explain in words
I used to feel it all the time. Then I almost died and now I’m numb. It’s been 3 months. My heart hasn’t healed yet I guess. I still try to spread love to everyone else but I don’t feel it anymore.

I get this when ny soul mate is missing me it is the most beautiful sensation in the world, it is like someone has found a way to reach in to some erogenous zone inside your chest and rub it gently but there are even more amazing experiences to be had when it travels all the way down through your chest, stomach, your other areas down there and yeah all of them are active at once. This is you fully becoming spiritual and feeling emotion from and for a loved one at the exact same time. It is like there is a string in your body that starts at the centre of the chest, it lights up and you feel it like someone is tickling your heart and then the string starts to light up as it travels down through your body until the entire string is beaming light and you are feeling the full sensation all the way from the top to the bottom. It depends on what kind of empath you are. If you are an Aquarius for example you are more likely to use your minds eye but for me, i soak up energy through my skin and feel it differently from my loved one. So for her it is more a mental experience for me it is physical and if i could share it with the world i would.
Depression will deactivate all these senses, it shuts you off, but love, true love will activate these sensations to the fullest you can ever feel.

I don't know if Idid this right but I did form the images in my mind while she was talking while listening with lying my head back, and eyes closed, I started crying during this exercise...I'm not sure if her words that were emotionally resonating or I actually opened my heart charkra a bit....but I opened my eyes feeling lighter. I really hope you felt the unconditional love that I just sent to you!! Beloved, this was the most powerful activation I have felt in a long time. My Heart Chakra seemed to be closed for some time after having to guard it against an attack and I have been so closed off emotionally. Although I have seemed to open my other chakras my heart has been closed off. I was feeling so bad and have been listening to heart frequencies for a few weeks to connect but this was the most progress I have made for some time. I will continue this daily practice.. I’ve been hurt a lot in this life, and I thought that by opening my heart chakra would make me more susceptible to more pain, therefore, I closed my heart, my heart chakra and my blessings. The last 20 years I've had a desire for a deeper spiritual connection and started doing deeper meditations. About 6 -7 years ago I began having anxiety. Often wondered why at this time in my life did I start having a problem like this? I'm 70 yrs. Earlier this year I read The Knowledge Book by Mevlana Courak. There was a comment that said 'Your depressions, your sicknesses and fears are caused by the imbalance of your conscience scales. Only you are responsible for this.' So I thought I need more information as no other was given. Since then I've been looking for help. A few days ago did a search on UA-cam for spiritual balancing and your heart balance meditation came. It began working immediately and am so thankful. Getting good sleep now and feel wonderful.

I started crying out of nowhere 😢 thank you so much. I then asked everyone who I thought had tried to hurt me for forgiveness. All the names came up and I sat there for a couple of minutes recalling everyone and asking for forgiveness ❤️ so grateful. My heart is open. I’ll continue to do this every morning.

@@mouadala1203 there may be some resistance /anxiety ( not you but your system / physiology ) as we go deeper .. just got to trust that what’s inside there is far bigger and stronger than any other feeling in your body :)🙏.. that was just my experience but hope it helps 🙏🙏

Four days ago I started to do Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) and tree days ago in the morning i first time felt how my heart is opening. It is hard to describe feeling, but it is combination of calm, warmth, and bright light.
This morning i started to feel floating sensation/feeling and sort of inner freedom.
I do heart opening in the bed just after alarm for 30 minutes and usually put my palms on chest above heart. I heard some time ago "Where attention goes energy flows" by Greg Braiden and Joe Dispenza. I tried just with attention but it is too hard. Greg and Joe said you can use your hands where you want to direct energy.

I watched to the end for sure. My spiritual team, of which I became actively in communication with only recently, sent me here tonight. Seriously, I asked them, how do I open my heart again, I want to live from there in my life again. I know it’s closed bc there is a heaviness in the center of my chest.
I went to my doctor and had a full physical. He said my heart is strong, no sign of problems, in fact, there is a marker that tells him that I probably won’t ever have issues with my heart.
I overcame a relationship that almost was my undoing, very traumatic. It destroyed my self esteem. This is why I know there has to be a spiritual solution. I’m so eager and grateful to do the meditations you’ve been so gracious to share.
