Ah this guy has best cars for deteailng
Vermijl car détail has best car for detealing
He does work on some lovely cars 👍🏼
@@HarpersCarDetailing yeah
@@messkaktus784 who cares. They both love their job. That's all that's matters
“Deteailng”
This has go to be the most relaxing detail ever
I really enjoy your videos 😍 thank you for another satisfying upload 👏🏻
Satisfying
Love this ASMR! THANK YOU! 😍
Thanks for another great video Nick!
Keep the content going pal, one of the best youtubers to watch!
Epic!! Love your process. Videography is top notch. Great tip on pressure washing soiled microfiber towels. 👊🏻
Thank you!
It’s such a simple tip but works very well, and saves you using loads of microfibres!
@@HarpersCarDetailing hey what was the tip?
@@TheDilpesh 24:29 👍🏼
Fantastic video, you go into so much detail and that is clearly seen in the finished vehicle. Is it just me, but I find your videos relaxing ! I am going to try and detail (amateur I here u say lol) tomorrow. I have even bought a few of your products from Iodetail.
Thank you Michael! Good luck, I hope you have nice weather for it!
@@HarpersCarDetailing thanks. Just finished, took me 5 hours lol. Followed your tips, especially the leather cleaning ! Looks sparking now including the exhaust tips !
Thanks bro you have mentioned all detailing products
No problem, I’m glad it has helped you 👍🏼
That looks mint! Top job!
Best detailer in UK
Thanks Mark! Much appreciated!
I watch this video many times how good it is, please information - clean the tires with a brush and then with a microfiber cloth or with Klin Korea - Green Monster? Just keep going, it's a pleasure to watch!
Thank you 👍🏼
Either any old microfibre towel or Klin Green Monster would be fine. Maybe a normal microfibre as you will ruin it after using on the tyres
How long did it take you to complete this car and how much would you charge for this sort of deep clean?
I love the sounds!!
Same
Amazing work as usual!
Thanks Alex 👍🏼
Lovely job.
Excellent video
Thank you very much
I learned a lot
I enjoy your videos especially watching the strategy you use cleaning cars inside and out and your explanations along the way
Beautiful suv. Love the m50's
8:12 I love how this citrus based degreser with probably sodium hydroxide in composition gets on interior plastics
I use it on interior plastics as well. It’s safe to do so.
It’s a natural biodegradable product safe on exterior, plastic and fabric.
Have a look at the SDS sheet 👍🏼
@@HarpersCarDetailing if this thing doesnt include NaOH u can be right. From my experience a lot of kinda citrus spray things include sodium or potassium hydroxide which are not that safe for gentle interior plastics, fabrics, leather and ecoleather. I'd never spray like that without cover interior elements, but its only my point of view. Cheers 👍🏻
Have a look on their website, their description says ‘It is a true all-rounder as it can be used for any of the following: krystalkleendetailstore.co.uk/products/citrus-magiv-v2-prewash
As a prewash through a hand sprayer or pressure pump.
As an All-Purpose Cleaner on interior fabric and plastics.
As a cleaner for convertible soft top roofs as it also contains anti-bactericidal agents to help prevent mould regrowth.
Perfect for bug and fly splatter removal’
I have been using it for years with no negative effects, even when used at low dilution ratios.
A lot of the products I use are water-based and biodegradable, as I don’t like using anything caustic, toxic or overly aggressive.
I make sure I look into every product I use, and have done so over the last 12 years 👍🏼
Great video!
Great detail. Nice car.👍🏼👍🏼
Fantastic video keep up the good work
Thank you very much, Leon. 👍🏼
Excellent detailing!
Hello from Azerbaijan 🇦🇿👋
Smashed it as always
Great video, with this cold 🥶 weather is not worrying to maybe damage the car due to super cold wind?
Thank you!
No problem at all with the cold.
It wasn’t cold enough to freeze the water, so safe to clean 👍🏼
Where you get those gloves?
How long does it take for you to finish a car?
Great job in crappy conditions mate what vac/cleaner do you use 👍
Thanks Arron.
I use a George numatic or a Bissell extraction if the mats are bad.
There should be a link in my description 👍🏼
@@HarpersCarDetailing nice one
Do you use Bilt Hamber products because of Where you're located in the UK or is it just the Best of what's available in the UK (2 different questions)? Have you ever used Adam's Polishes products, and Specifically, their Mega Foam? If so, How would you Compare Adam's Mega Foam vs. Bilt Hamber Auto-Foam and Why either is Better than the other? Thanks in advance.
I use them because of their performance in all honesty.
They are very good products, and also the majority are water based and biodegradable which helps.
I haven’t tried Adam’s but heard good things about it.
I’m afraid I wouldn’t be able to give you a comparison as I haven’t used it.
Thanks
What pump sprayer do you use
great mate make more extractions
Sometimes the cars I work on don’t need it, but I’ll definitely continue using it when I need it 👍🏼
Hey Harper! How’s it going?
How did the paint become hydrophobic mid wash ?
Ceramic based snow foam
Exactly. Koch Chemie Protector Wax, I use it as a drying aid
@@HarpersCarDetailing shall give that a try Harper thank you!
@@HarpersCarDetailing 👍
What do you use on the piano Black areas ??
Either a glass cleaner or IPA
This products are available in India?
Give those covid q tips back haha jk, love the video
Haha it would be awful putting one of those in your nose!
Glad you enjoyed it 👍🏼
What is the best dilution ratio for tyres and internal dressing?
Depends what product.
Carpro PERL I would go neat or 1:1 tyres and 1:5-1:10 interior
What is the dilution you use for the pol star product???
1:10 👍🏼
@@HarpersCarDetailing thanks!!
Are those sealskinz really waterproof for car cleaning ?
They certainly are. They have a layer of plastic in between. I was sceptical at first.
I only use them when it’s reaaaaly cold
@@HarpersCarDetailing After googling I found out that they exist already for a long time but in Belgium and Netherland almost everywhere sold out/unavailable and thanks to Brexit I'm not going to order in Britain :-(
interested on how long it took you ?
I think this was only around 3 hours Ish
I’m owner of the new BMW 1 series. Whole new BMW family has same idea of interior and compare to VAG cars, BMW is much harder to clean and detail
16:55 what specific snow foam do you use for this as it’s a wax one compared to the snow foam to the pre wash stage ?
It’s called Koch Chemie Protector Wax.
I use 30 ml topped up with 970ml water. I use it as more of a drying aid when there is zero protection on the paint.
@@HarpersCarDetailing thanks for this on the video it says you use a tar and then and then a iron remover which brands do you use for each ?
Hi, what foam lance do you use.? 👍👌
PA Foam Lance 👍🏼
@@HarpersCarDetailing , the same as mine... 😉👍👌🇬🇧🇵🇹
Goddess
How good are the gloves
The Sealskinz gloves are great. Fully water proof. I only use them when it’s really cold as they keep my hands a little warmer.
@@HarpersCarDetailing any cave y could send me a link or recommend where t get them from
amzn.to/2MZFZMk
This link would get you the normal sized gloves, not the gauntlet.
www.iodetail.com sell the gauntlet ones
What dilution of Pol Star was used ?
1:10
@@HarpersCarDetailing thank you. Just found your channel today but enjoying the content!
No problem 👍🏼
Thank you, I’m glad you are enjoying it!
how come by 12:06 the water does not bead off and by 16:59 it beads off !!!
I applied a drying aid via snow foam Lance near the end
where the buckets from?
I think from in2detailing with Slims Detailing stickers
@@HarpersCarDetailing i’ve had a look on in2 detailing mate can’t happen to find them on there
www.in2detailing.co.uk/products/20-litre-bucket-with-lid-suitable-for-grit-guards
Great content but I’d say speed it up to 10-15 mins
thanks 👍🏼
I have a few videos that long. It’s a tricky one as a lot of people enjoy the normal noise of the detailing, and if I change the speed of the clips it changes the sounds etc
how much money does a customer pay for a car detailing like this?
The camera is to close to the car...otherwise a good detailing
Where the carpet lines dough 😭😞
This particular client isn’t too keen on them 👍🏼
@@HarpersCarDetailing fair enough love the video keep up the good work
The rinse must always be done from top to bottom.
The final rinse, yes, but not necessarily the initial dirt removing rinse.
The only reason I rinse from the bottom up is so I can see exactly where I have been with my pressure washer, as it’s the pressure of the water that removes the underlying dirt.
If you started from the top then you would dilute the foam below and it would run off the panel, so you don’t necessarily know when you have been, therefore you could very easily miss a spot. Whereas if you start from the bottom you can see exactly where you have been and can use the above foam as a guide as it remains in place.
After that, you only need to very quickly rinse from the top to remove any leftover product or debris.
It may take longer, but I would rather that than miss a spot and potentially inflict marring at the wash stage.
If you prefer to rinse from the top then there’s no harm, I just do it this way to help eliminate me missing any areas.
All most as good as Jim White.
Thanks Mick.
These videos are slightly different to Jim’s as he focused on paint restoration through machine polishing.
I do have videos of me machine polishing, but with me being mobile I’m a little more restricted with time so wouldn’t necessarily be able to do a 4 day ‘White Detail’. I do more of the 1-2 day machine polishes 👍🏼
Thanks though, Jim is a great detailer 👍🏼
@@HarpersCarDetailing Where are you based please ?
I’m based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire 👍🏼
11:03 run it's earthquake 😀
Haha, it happens when my pressure washer hose touches the tripod.
I didn’t it deliberately for visual effect 😂
🙋♂️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✊🏻🇰🇿
It's not an X5M.
It’s an X5 M50d
@@HarpersCarDetailing Exactly. Title is incorrect ;)
Easy mistake 👍🏼
