1. Polls
• : Polls are surveys where people are asked for their opinions or preferences, usually about political candidates or issues.

• : To reduce the number of choices to a smaller number.

6. Drag You Down
• : To make someone or something less successful.

7. Changed His Tune

• : Comparing the same time period from one year to the next.

• : When the poll results were incorrect or didn’t match the final outcome.

11. Landslide Victory

12. A Big Swing
• : A large change in support or opinion.

13. Counterintuitive
• : Something that doesn’t seem to make sense at first.

14. Rachel Scott
• : A journalist who reports on political events and elections.

15. Madison Square Garden
• : A famous arena in New York City, often used for events.

16. Fervent
• : Showing very strong feelings.

17. Put Together
• : To organize or prepare something.

• : People who are seen as opponents, even if they may not actually be.

• : Treating someone unfairly because of their gender.

• : Showing dislike or prejudice against women.
