The Lightkeeper is an all-tube preamp based on the clean channel of the early Dumble Overdrive Special "High Plate" design.
It features a Dumble-refined tone stack that takes a classic Fender TMB circuit to the next level.
The Deep and Boost switches can be assigned in any combination to the internal or external footswitch.

I have a Lightkeeper V2 as well. The Cab M+ sounds GREAT with it, so is there any reason as to why I would go with the newer Opus over it?

Interesting. Would be helpful to know what you are plugged into and how you are plugged into it as that has a substantial impact on the sound.
