    Hier someone from polen.
Our kukumbers are mostly fermented... 2 ts salt to or every liter of water. U don't need to process it at all just bawling water with salt.
U kann eat them even 3 years later ... They wouldn't be so crispy like in first year but even more delicious

I have been using Mrs Wages for a long time, they will be ready to eat the next day,the longer they set the salter they get.I can remember getting 3 or 4 quarts from a pack🚭I guess like everything else that made the packs smaller.

Calcium chloride (CaCl2), sometimes known as “pickle crisp”, is a type of salt that helps preserve the crunchiness of food. It is used in the food industry to help preserve the texture of canned fruit and vegetables. Sea salt is sodium chloride. Why refrigerator? In my home we put them in an oversized jar on the countertop and eat them whenever

Just means they are not water bath or pressure canned. I made 8 jars, would not be able to eat them all fast enough to sit on the counter

I'm not a dog hater, by any means; I live dogs... but the sound of the dog panting grosses me out and makes me think of "dog smell" instead of "nice pickle smell"... I'm sure he/she is a lovely dog, no hate... I'm just a "dogs belong outside while humans are doing human stuff in the human kitchen" kinda guy. ❤
