Lure fishing for pike on a Birmingham Anglers Association stretch of the river Avon

With my heavy rod out of action I hit a new BAA stretch of the Avon that I’ve not fished before or visited for that matter with just Jigflies. Well, what a session it ended up being. Lots of action, crazy takes and a couple doubles chucked in. Fantastic day had and one happy chappy
