Liz, your family is awesome. I just discovered you guys today. Keep up the great work. Also, i'm the inly one to figure out how to tenderize snake meat. i did the whole nine yards with the florida snake i caughtt. even as far as proper tanning and showcasing the art work, along with cooking. it's called "How to Tenderize a Florida Corn Snake" (Catch, cook, eat, AND PRESERVE). the video is very short. I look forward to watching more videos of you guys. Keep up the great work!!
This is a great video, as someone who wants to learn how to can, I didn't know to wait to start the timer once you've got up to pressure. Not sure if this just makes me stupid but thank you. I'll be looking for more of these videos now. I'm in Ireland so it's not as easy to get a good pressure scanner here.
I am SOOOO excited you made this video! I love sardines, so this recipe is the missing link for me. We make annual beach runs to Texas, but I struggle to bring back ice chests full of fish. No more! Does this fish stay firm if it’s frozen?
Great video we can every year but we have never tried fish. Does this technique work with any kind of fish ? I'm thinking this would be a good way to use those stocker trout out of my home lake. But its certainly more fatty and "mushy" than those nice white fleshed mullet.
Thanks for the video. I laughed so hard when you licked your finger😂😂😂. That was too funny.

Thanks Liz! My family loves to watch your videos and we're a little bit obsessed with Cedar 😂
So cool! i learned a new way to open the jars! Never seen a canning lid popped open using the ring!
You two are so cute together!

Thank you!
FDA states if you process for 30 minutes or more you don't have to sterilize jars before

Have you ever used an electric canner for fish?
Instead of liquid smoke try smoked sea salt
Jeeze, I'm so intimidated by canning.
