Cutest Ro moment EVER "I knew how much it meant to you" 😍 omg you both are just parent goals! Amongst moving an hour away with 6 kids, 2 toddlers and a baby that's just started crawling you still managed to fit in bringing Felix's plant. That really shows how much you care about each of your children. I almost have tears in my eyes from that moment it was SO sweet! Birdie is so advanced for her age! Do not get real grass lol you know the trouble you had with it before
I loved seeing that tender moment between Felix & Roe. Melted my heart. You guys are the sweetest most loving parents. So inspiring. Makes sense why you’re kiddos are tender hearted & sweet. ❤
ro saying "i knew how much this meant to you and i wanted to bring it with us" is such a beautiful thing for felix to hear. i feel like such a simple sentence really shows how much you empathise with him and care about things that important to him. honestly i teared up slightly. also i love what we've soon of the new house. i feel like it has much more clearly defined spaces than the old house did with that massive room, so you can really curate a different vibe in each space. do you think you'll do a house tour when it's a bit more 'finished' (as much as any family home is ever finished!)?
You could make that little area you didn't know what to do with a nice reading area with some bookshelves and bean bag chairs :) Still connected to the main living area but also a bit of an extension of the kids rooms Edit: For the kids area with the ledge it would be nice if you got some carpet or those soft carpets that you got earlier, that way the area is nice and welcoming for the kids, and would define their space compared to the kitchen and the dining table. Also its less of a hard surface if Birdie was to be crawling around there
Exactly what I was thinking. It would make a good library area. You could also move the couches around the edges of the dropped down living area for the time being to create a 'wall' and put a little gate between?
My son crawled at 4 months & walked at 9 months. He was 22.5 inches long and weighed 8lbs 6ozs. He is now 6'6" tall!!! I only discovered your beautiful family just before the twins were born. You are both wonderful caring parents. 🥰😍🙂
Have you met any of the neighbors yet? Introduced yourselfs? Have the kids figured out if there are other kids their age range? Great move to buy and get stability in your life. All the best from Germany!!!
I used to watch you all for years and then I took a break from UA-cam for a while. Now coming back, the kids have all gotten so big! You have such a beautiful family.
Thank you for taking time out to share your house and adventures with us! Excited to see how you set things up and hope it can be fun and not stressful. Take your time and let the kids help with the toy areas and their rooms. They seem to like to set things up. Your family is so close knit and it is a joy to watch them grow.
Congratulations guys, I’m so happy for you all. So good you were able to buy. Looking forward to see what you will do to your house now that you own it xx
I’ve always thought Chloe and Ro were amazing parents, but seeing them pot Felix’s plant to bring over just really struck me. They cared so much about his interest in that little plant 😭
I can totally see the little nook as a space for the bigger kids to read! Still part of the main living area but seperate enough to have some quiet time
Congrats on the move. So great of Ro making sure that Felix' plant got transplanted to a pot, and came with you to the new house. His reaction is priceless. So glad you took care of his feelings about his treasured plant.
Lovely house, can't wait to see it all come together! I might take out the rocks, but I wouldn't put in lawn. Not a good environmental choice. Maybe native plants. Or bark/mulch. Or fake lawn! A new pot should sort Felix's plant just fine. I loved his reaction, what a cool kid.
The house looks so bright and airy. I see tremendous potential. Felix’s reaction to the plant was priceless! So sweet. Putting mats along side the step might cushion Birdi if she tries to go down. I’m sure you’ll figure it out. Best of luck and love in your beautiful new home! 💖👏👍🏠
What a beautiful home for a beautiful family:) I love my artificial lawn but it does get very hot in summer as it's plastic and you can't walk and play on it. To counter this I have trees and a big hedge to keep the area in shade most of the summer. You could do a lovely hedge in along that back fence!
What a lovely house and sooo big! One of the planters could be lined and used as a pond which might be nice for doing eco-systems. Just a thought. But congratulations on your new home.
Go for a clover lawn - hardy, great for low watering areas and also fantastic for insects/wildlife. Hope you're all going to be very happy in your new home
Birdie climbing up the one stair is really cool. Babies love stairs. Its great to have just the one. Its safe to explore and practice even when she tries going down. She is very advanced and you might have a climber on your hands. I have 2 early crawlers, walkers and insanely good climbers. My advice: give her a safe opportunity to move and let her Fall down. Of course you make it safe with a carpet or blanket. But falling from the beginning is important to learn there are risks involved and to realize she needs to take care of herself. Early climbers are challenging but so rewarding :) Congrats on the house! Cant wait to see what you gonna do with it!
Congratulations! Finally in your own home. It’s a good feeling to own instead of rent, especially with multiple children. Moving takes so much of your time and energy. The area next to the kitchen could be made into a reading area and/or homework.
Maybe take the nook sofas and move them against the step to keep birdie from having so much space to climb up. I can’t believe she is so mobile at 5 months old!!! Good luck with her :) I love the garden beds they would be so awesome a veggie gardens for the kiddos to help with. Your new house to so cute! The little nook area will be a great place for a homeschool area. With your book cases and a table.
one more comment! (Im just excited about your new place!) I'm wondering if you might decide to line that step up to the next level with low shelving or cupboards--Ikea cubbies called kallax shelving would work really well if turned horizontally. They would be useful storage for toys or books and also create a temporary barrier to keep Birdie a bit more contained! Then you could put a soft rug at the place you leave open for the step, and if she rolls down, she won't get hurt. The top surface could even be made into benches for the older kids with some cushions to sit on.
There always has to be a moving story lol. So glad you didn’t have to put your stuff into storage. Birdie was so proud of herself. I think I caught my breath with yours when she climbed up and it looked like she was going to fall. You have such sweet children. I just love them all. Can’t wait for the upcoming videos. God bless.
I hope you are all so happy in your new home, cant wait to see it when you have everything in place. You and Ro are amazing parents, it can’t be easy with 9 children but you make it look like it is, lots of hard work and love and it most certainly pays off 🥰
I'm so happy that you brought Felix's plant. He was so happy! I hope it survives the shock of the transplant. Pearl's face lit up when you told her that you bought this place, and you could do whatever you wanted with the outside. Her first thought was for Christmas lights! Sweet girl!! Sending my love&hugs from Georgia, USA.💜🤗🫂
I’m thrilled for you all. That was so neat when Pearl realized it was all yours. I’m afraid lil Birdie is going to be unstoppable. She is sure young to be on the move. Thank you for the look see.
So happy for ALL of you 🙂 ❤️ !! It has to be a great feeling that you know that since you guys own the new house you don't ever have to move again. I am looking forward to seeing more of the house as you unpack and organize all of the rooms. Great to see the kids so excited and happy!! I love this video ❤️
Perhaps having a part of the back yard with synthetic lawn & the rest gravel ??? May need to remove one garden square for running area & the rest filled with veg's herbs & other plants ?? Just here thinking aloud.😊🌿🏵️
Congratulations on buying your new home. You will be able to relax knowing you won't have to move again anytime soon! It looks really nice. Love how positive all your children are. And wow Birdie can't believe she is crawling and pli g herself up at 5 months! My eldest child walked at 9 months think Berdie will be walking very early to xxx 💖💖💖💖💖
The little room by the laundry could be used as a library and reading spot💗 maybe like a little hobbit hole theme or something magical like that :) . Congratulations on your new home!!
Congratulations guys! Woohoo! Try giving Felix's plant some Seasol from Bunnings. It will help the plant cope with stress and shock. Send you all warm smiles and hugs. 🤗🪴🏡💞
Congratulations on your new house it looks amazing and I bet you can’t wait to be able to put your own stamp on it as you brought it and not rented it ,you can add your style to it ❤
You could take much of those rocks and put them in one of the raised beds as a rock box instead of sand. I've seen a lot of folks do that and the kids like it. Then, doing that I would do artificial lawn with the rest. I think I'd leave the other beds in, they appear to be a good height for the kids to sit on.
Fake lawn may be more practical and prettier but it also makes that there is no life in your garden. Think of all the bugs and bees there could be if you had some grass or even some wild flowers. Anyway I hope you will make good memories in your new home :)
Concerning the back yard, maybe clean off the rocks and get rolling lawn or mixed grass? The beds are pretty cool though, maybe keep them and have the kids plant some veggies/insect-friendly flowers in them?
😅 Noisy question in the beginning: How many bedrooms has the new house? In the Video I could see 3... but I'm quite sure we didn't see everything ^^ Maybe you could do a full house tour in a few weeks after you had time to unpack everything and settle into your new house =) Glad that it worked out (literary in the last minute) so you didn't have to put your stuff into storage... the uncertainty of it all sounded quite stressful 😨 And good that your brother could help you again 👍 The kids seem to love the new house already 😀 And little Miss Birdie is a real adventurer, climbing and crawling everywhere 😲😁 Best wishes for you and lots of happy memories in your new home 😊
Looks good. How about making the beds into a sand pit , a vegetable box and salad box the children would learn so much growing their own food. And save you money
Such a lovely family , anxious to see how you will decorate the house specially the children's library that always looks so colorful and pretty . all the best
This house looks beautiful! It reminds me of the one you had when the triplets were babies. Not crowded, but reasonably sized, bright, and well cut out! So happy for you! Congratulations!
Congratulations on your new house ,the children are so sweet and very great full of what they have not ,have many happy years in your new home take care xx
wow! moving is so stressful but with 9 children i can only imagine the chaos of trying to get all those beds put together for the 1st night. I'd definitely remove everything from the back yard and use artificial grass for the kiddos to have more space. and the grass will allow for cricket and such to be played. love your beautiful family. good luck getting it all sorted. x
Nice new house! I love that you brought Felix's plant. That was an important save! I think some nice fake turf would work well in the yard... I look forward to the house tour!

Felix’s reaction to the plant is so sweet, all of the kids are so appreciative
Yes ur children r so very sweet an kind an Felix is a sweet child.
Right??!!!! And Felix saying 'TY Very Much Daddy.'
I loved that, these children have wonderful communication skills..
So cute ❤️
Right he is so cute

Yes! I came to the comments to suggest they turn it into a quiet little library.
Exactly what I was thinking. It would make a good library area. You could also move the couches around the edges of the dropped down living area for the time being to create a 'wall' and put a little gate between?
Oh a book area is a great idea, ich thought about a TV area because it's so dark in there
My son crawled at 4 months & walked at 9 months. He was 22.5 inches long and weighed 8lbs 6ozs. He is now 6'6" tall!!!

Keep the garden beds! You can teach the kids how to grow veggies!
I was coming to say the same, make them raised garden beds and grow veggies with the kids.
Excellent idea!!!
I used to watch you all for years and then I took a break from UA-cam for a while. Now coming back, the kids have all gotten so big! You have such a beautiful family.
Telling Pearl its your own house and she can put lights arounds.....so innocent and gorgeous... beautiful kidss

Congrats on the move. So great of Ro making sure that Felix' plant got transplanted to a pot, and came with you to the new house. His reaction is priceless. So glad you took care of his feelings about his treasured plant.

The new house looks amazing, maybe with that small open room you can have all of you’re book shelfs with a little reading knook!
Beautiful house. You could keep the garden beds at the back but use them as veggie patches then take the rocks away and plant grass or get fake grass
Otto is so sweet with the twins , he reminds me of their dad !💓
Oh Pearl the look of joy on her face 🥰 sweet beautiful children ❤️
I'm so happy for you guys to be in your new home and Birdie will be walking around that new house very soon she is not waiting on a schedule
Your house is so cute! I can’t wait to see how it transforms as you live in it! Hugs to you all!

Did you realize how at the very end, Henry & Felix do the same grin? I never saw how much these two look alike ☺️💖
I'm so happy that you brought Felix's plant. He was so happy! I hope it survives the shock of the transplant. Fake grass can get very hot in the sun. The children look very happy with the move. Good luck in your new home.
Such a sweet reaction from Felix on his plant, so happy for you guys!
Congratulations everyone! I see those garden beds as veggie patches for the children to tend 🥦🍓🥒🫑🌽
It's beautiful ❤.....everything has it's way of working out...Congratulations on your new home🤗
Perhaps having a part of the back yard with synthetic lawn & the rest gravel ???
May need to remove one garden square for running area & the rest filled with veg's herbs & other plants ?? Just here thinking aloud.😊🌿🏵️
Congratulations on the closing! I am so glad you have your own place now
I have seen today the sylvanian baby raincoat collection and It remembered me of your kids and raincoats!! 🐤
Loved how you took Felix's plant!!
So glad you have bought your own home. I can see many more new memories made in this home congratulations to you all.
Your kids are so appreciative. I pray for long happiness for you.
I love the organized chaos. Your children are fun and beautiful. Good luck with your new home!
Congratulations on the new house! Hope for many more new memories. ❤
Love the new place!!!! Don’t worry about the mess!! No body will judge! We know you just moved in!! ❤🎉
Great to see you all at the new place. Would be amazing to remove all the stones and planter boxes and have a big open grass lawn for the kids.
Congrats on the new house. We just moved again ourselves. We don't want to move for a really LONG, LONG, LONG TIME!
Congrats on your new house and being first time house owners!
Congratulations. I hope you enjoy your new home. I can’t believe Birdie is crawling already. She’s a go getter!
That small room would maybe make a great library? Like a book nook
Congratulations on buying your new home. You will be able to relax knowing you won't have to move again anytime soon! It looks really nice. Love how positive all your children are. Congratulations on your new home. Looking forward to the house tour when all is settled. Nice to see how happy the kiddos are!🥰
Gonna look lovely...exciting time ahead!
Lighting is so much better in this house!!
Wishing you wonderful times full of joy and happiness in your new home💓
You could turn the nook into a homeschool room, with a reading corner and that 9 drawer unit with each of the kids names on
Love your new home it’s beautiful.. the fun bits is fixing it up to the way you’s want it ❤😊
Happy Feef😍 love the new house, I would definitely buy it too 😂 hope you will have the greatest times there 🤗
The kids are all becoming such lovely people, its a joy to watch them grow up :)
Beautiful! Best of luck in your new home. I can't believe your story about settlement & the movers schedule. Haha I'm so glad it worked out though.
Congratulations on your new house it looks amazing and I bet you can’t wait to be able to put your own stamp on it as you brought it and not rented it ,you can add your style to it ❤
I can't believe birdie lol how are you going to get any unpacking done lol bless her clever little girl xx
You should concentrate or pave the garden so they can shoot around the island bits on their scooters
I love the new home. You now begin to make new memories!
Lovely new house, congratulations!! So nice to see your children so happy about moving house and getting your first own house!
Fake lawn may be more practical and prettier but it also makes that there is no life in your garden. Think of all the bugs and bees there could be if you had some grass or even some wild flowers. Anyway I hope you will make good memories in your new home :)
You will be sorted before you know it - enjoy making it home xx
The garden beds would make amazing vegetable gardens. I honestly don’t know how you do it. ❤️💕
Concerning the back yard, maybe clean off the rocks and get rolling lawn or mixed grass? The beds are pretty cool though, maybe keep them and have the kids plant some veggies/insect-friendly flowers in them?
😅 Noisy question in the beginning:
How many bedrooms has the new house? In the Video I could see 3... but I'm quite sure we didn't see everything ^^
Maybe you could do a full house tour in a few weeks after you had time to unpack everything and settle into your new house =)
Glad that it worked out (literary in the last minute) so you didn't have to put your stuff into storage... the uncertainty of it all sounded quite stressful 😨
And good that your brother could help you again 👍
The kids seem to love the new house already 😀
And little Miss Birdie is a real adventurer, climbing and crawling everywhere 😲😁
Best wishes for you and lots of happy memories in your new home 😊
I’m so happy you finally have somewhere to call home for as long as you want great stability for the kids good luck I enjoy your videos
So, now you have no choice : Pearl would like Christmas lights 😍
Looks good. How about making the beds into a sand pit , a vegetable box and salad box the children would learn so much growing their own food. And save you money
Such a lovely family , anxious to see how you will decorate the house specially the children's library that always looks so colorful and pretty . all the best

Fake turf gets very hot in summer and as Perth is hot in Summer, it seems like a bad idea to me. Children have burnt their feet on it.
Glad you didn’t have to store your items but pain the movers didn’t take all you expected them too! Good luck getting settled in! Can’t wait to see it all done!
Wow. . wow.. wow.. already loving your new home. Loved it a lot. 💝💝💝💝💝
Take care mom and dad, enjoy your new home, it looks great ! ❤
Wow, you made it!! That was some trial but it worked out in the end!!
The nook area is a good place for the older kids to play, easy to block off the door. Put their bookshelves in there, puzzles and lego. Use fake grass instead of the pebbles, no mowing and always usable. I'd leave the garden beds alone, use the sunniest ones for vegetables, a good science project. The daisies in the front garden are extremely easy to take cuttings from and can be planted in the back yard, another project for the kids.
use the flexi bucket your snacks from the real estate agent came in for Felix's plant just add some holes for the water to drip out ❤️
Hi congrats fr your new house..uou should use ' the nook area's to put them there or /and reading corner.
Please have one more for a rounded 10! U guys r so adorable, I love you all!
Ahahahahah the Christmas lights 😂 Pearl got you there 😂😂
