hey my man, please don't flag this comment lol, but I have a UA-cam channel that is 99% mordhau, and now knowing I can do this will greatly improve my content so I greatly appreciate this tutorial, also, you seem like you can be a comedian, some parts of this video made me laugh. 3:50 "making the number too small, lets you enter the matrix" that part got me

im not sure if the scrolling part reduces and increases speed. ive been in cinematic mode the whole time, and it wouldnt change speed, while scrolling. maybe this doesnt work in later versions (2022 to be exact)
could you put a list of the commands in the desctription?
Question, is it possible to show the in game text chat for the demo you recorded when playing it back? or is the ui for that disabled entirely?

Do you know how to do vote for map change and gamemode change?
No, I do not know how to do that. Do you know for a fact that those are features? I have never seen a vote of that sort and it would surprise me if it exists because thee available gamemodes and maps are all defined when the server starts up.
@@Goatius Yeah, if you type in console map, it will suggest "mapvote"/"votemap" or something of the sort.
same with votekick (name/number) [To kick someone with weird symbol name just type "PlayerList" and then you will see the number]
Ok, I see the commands you are talking about but I could't get them to work. Maybe they are meant for server admins that want to cast a vote.
for some reason if I record a duel server, the timeline button doesn't work, and every character starts parrying every time I press it
edit: i did some testing and i guess if you record the LiteMordhauTestLevel map, the timeline wont work. however you still can GoToTimeInSeconds and WIthTimeBurnin. i don't think it has anything to do with the amount of players, or the length of the demo.
i cant find the file save location its not existent on my PC?

I'm finding that the scroll wheel doesn't seem to work to change the camera speed.
great video but its not letting me spectate or move my camera around, it was but now isnt letting me i cant use any of the camera tool too, anyone having the same problem and have an idea how to fix it, i verified the game files and still nothing :(

i just cant do anything after i opened the timeline and closed it again. the only thing i can do then is alt f4 or use the console command
Perhaps you didn't access the demo in a local game on a map?

After closing the timeline, my camera won't move, and I have to restart my game. Any ideas?
This is normal. If you closed a panel just made a demo.time command with ` to 1

If you pause the video while in timeline mode, then make the timeline disappear, you're no longer available to control the camera nor bring the timeline up again. Are there any workarounds for this?

Yes when I record in obs while playing, I haven't tried the actual demo recording yet. So this demo recording would help alot for my videos ! Gonna try it now.
I got everything working except the slowmotion, it just freezes the image. doesn't play.

Nothing works for me. I type demorec on any map and then demostop and then demoplay and nothing is played. WHAT THE FUCK HELP!
