Don’t worry so much if the kid misses a nap. I’ve had 3 kids and they all ok even if they miss a nap! We travelled at 6 weeks and never stopped travelling and camping in tents at 2 mths and it gets them used to normal life and they can learn to sleep anywhere so it’s easier for you too!

I took advice from your facial lady about massaging stubborn pimples. It works!! 😁I had two pimples that I still felt under my skin like cystic acne. When I would shower and wash my face at night I would massage them and after a two/three weeks it’s completely flat. Hey girly, fast is not always good to keep it off. Slow and steady is better. And the best way to loose weight is caloric deficit and moving your body- walking is a good way, 30 min a day can already make a lot of difference :)
