Thanks, they normally are a lot easier than this one, it was a mare, I have stripped the paint off and may use the Uni one I bought recently as a stop gap until it's repainted, hope to fire it up over the weekend 😀
It has a thin shim as standard, MB sell wider shims to move the wheel away from the engine so the tyre won't rub on the casings, used when changing tyre size to upgear on racing scooters, can make your scooter run in the gears longer and keep you in the power band.
When talking the cone off or on use a flat blade screwdriver in the gap to get off. Thanks Ernie Goddard wakefield

Great channel! I've always put a shim underneath the cone. Is it necessary or is it just a wide wheel thing?
