I had a very bad experience from their after Sales Service Centre. Product was good but mismanagement must be the root cause.
If property managed, it would have been a great company in it's field.
I am using Micromax in 1b and i got my 8k subscribers from this phone i never ever forget this phone it's way better than any other brand phone cuz this phone build my youtube career.

Micromax's service was as bad as no one else's People used to take an hour to deposit their handset first and then they were asked to ask after 15 days to get it back.
The extent was reached when the customer had to wait for 2 months to get his phone back.

micromax ke downfall ka sabse bada reason yeh tha ke micromaxx mobile to domestic customer ke liya banati thi par launch hamesha online karti thijabki us time online launching utni effective nahi thi customer caha kar bhi nahi le pata tha doosri baat inka shipment mostly big city mai hota tha chote ya medum type city mai inki service acchi nahi thi ....conclusion is that launching prodedure bhi micromax ke downfall ka ek reason tha ...mai khuf micromax spark lena chahta tha par available hi nahi ho paya tab maine mi ka le liya
I also had Micromax upto 2019 4g type but it was very poor now I believe in Xiaomi has one of the best smartphones ever.

Literally micromax इस्तेमाल करते वक्त वोही फीलिंग आती थी जो पहले वाले कबाड़ चाइनीज फोन यूज करते वक्त आति थी, बस थोड़े ज्यादा ड्यूरेबिलिटी के साथ, पर उस समय श्याओमी नही था न कोई और सस्ता अच्छा ब्रांड तो इस्तेमाल कर लेते थे, मुझे आज भी याद है जब micromax का कोई १२-१५k का फोन लेने का मैने सोचा था तभी मार्केट मैं श्याओमी का नाम मुझे दुकानदार ने सजेस्ट किया था पहली बार।

Ones i was the regular user of micromax. I used together 3 sets of mivromax. But the problem i faced of the quality and sale value. After you buy this phone it become a head ache for u. Where it can show any problems anytime. I remember to get a 6.5 inch size screnn phone of micromax but within 1 day it started showing problems in the software battery and even i have to uodate it. That was the lasts phone. After using this phone u will feel irritated and distirbed of any time software issues which increases of time if you anyhow sale this ohon we feel bhoh haat gaya. The customer care are also worstm they close their store and many cant even gv prpoer resolution. I remember the lasts phn even after servicibg this phone started to show software problem. The serivie centres were nt direct company but 3rd party. They never update tge s9ftware also. You will feel late slow and damged. That was lasts i used micromax worsts.
