Hi please clarify what you mean by coming with cash please because at car Bazaar you pay via mpesa for parking as a visitor and also if you want to sell your car but if you want to buy car it depends on your agreement between you and the seller but my personal experience it's better you do bank transfer or maybe mpesa transfer so that you can be on the safer side and have record to show you bought car from that person

Hi it all depends on the seller of the car.if it's a second hand car some of them the owners want to trade in for a better car or just sell and add more money for a new car so they prefer cash.if it's new and the owner is a car dealer maybe you discuss the mode of payment and duration and if you agree the terms and conditions it all good I hope I have answered your question thanks 🙏

Sure you can negotiate with the seller . sometimes the prices can be a little bit higher so it's always advisable to negotiate so that you can come to the final agreement that will be ok for the buyer and seller
