    Great job. Just a heads up to the left on in the inside of the barrel theres a hole that you can bring the probe thru and then you won't be shutting the grill lid on your probe cables. Just a tip lol

      Oh I know! The problem is I’m lazy and don’t wanna feed it through the hole every time so I just close the lid on it 😂😂😂

    Just got my new Pit Boss today and this looks like a great first Salmon recipe! Do you leave the grates open or closed when cooking?
