I do not understand all the hype about JD Vance. First off, he's 39, with 1.5 years in the Senate. Secondly, he only changed his tune about Trump when he wanted his endorsement and now has rebranded himself as Prince MAGA. I hope to God Trump does not pick him. I do not totally object to Ben Carson, although I'm not sure it's the best pick. The pick that makes the most sense to me, especially given the challenges we face currently, is Tom Cotton. Yes, he will probably run in 2028, but I don't think Trump necessarily minds that. I believe they would make a good team. His temperament balances Trump's, but he is also fighter and he is exceptionally well spoken and well versed on a broad range of issues. He and Trump already have a good working relationship. I think he makes the most sense.

Just discovered/subscribed to the channel after watching several of your Presidential Election/Campaign year videos the past couple days, and since we're likely the same age, I jealously have to ask.......just how young were you when you started making videos? Because they were/are high quality productions of substance & detail from the primaries to the general election. Better said, they're as good as any I've watched......

Trump's VP pick has nothing to do with politics, geography or name recognition but everything Trump and equally important to not overshadowing him in any way, shape or form is never having said or even implied a negative word about him. Subsequently, for different reasons that removes the majority of mentioned names. For example, while he isn't known outside of North Dakota which normally would be a plus for him but assuming he is an actual Billionaire removes him from the list. Vance has charism as well as personal aspirations, Rubio criticized him during the 16 primary disqualifying both of them as well as others which either or both apply. That said, while I was going with Tim Scott, watching Jim's video Ben Carson can't be ruled b/c regardless of outside or past factors he is harmless to Trump, would be a weak VP in the Pence mold but also be less knowledgeable about government.
