    Wonderful video, so beautiful! I just want to tell you that the "chive" is not chive, what you are cutting is called "green onion", very different than Chives. Chives are very thin, small, and much sharper in flavor. Some people call green onions "scallions". Green onion is green onion. so delicious! Thank you very much.
