I can't tell you how happy this botanist's wife was that you pronounced Poinsettia correctly. And bonus... you knew they aren't flowers but leaves!!! I'd come to Austrailia and hug you if I could!! I love your cards and am glad I stumbled onto your series.
I'm obviously watching these in reverse order, lol. I love poinsettias, so this episode was perfect. all the cards are phenomenal, and the 3D poinsettia is just magnificent!
I love, love poinsettias, every colour, every size. The cream and pink have always been my favourite. That is until you did some including purple, which are brilliant, gorgeous. Thank you for introducing me to something different and beautiful. 🥰🇨🇦💖
Wow! Wow! Wow! Therese. I so enjoyed seeing you and watching you created these beautiful poinsettia cards. All stunning in their own way. Thanks for another magnificent presentation.
.Beautiful cards! I love this series of using Poinsettias - so inspirational. As much as I like to have new craft stamps and dies it's just not always possible. With the price of a stamp and die being close or over $50+ postage it has just gotten out of hand. Love your videos and seeing you at the beginning was just FUN. Hope we get to see more of you.
Thanks so very much, I feel very lucky to be on some amazing DT's. I have found the postage to be a downer but I totally understand.... sometimes I share it with a friend which can help. Hope you have an amazing week!
I find such comfort in listening to your voice! You're so authentic and it's like sitting, listening to a friend. I love your cards and how encouraging you are to all of us! Thank you.💕
Thank you Therese. I asked again you came through with Christmas cards again. I never get tired of seeing Christmas cards. Loved all your techniques Therese. Hope you managed to get some time with your family this weekend also darling. I’ve been working on cards this weekend too. I’m a bit behind with fall & thanksgiving coming up in November here. Then Christmas. Well stay safe Therese with your family. Enjoy your free time . Happy crafting till next time. Big hug. My friend ❤️🤗🤗🤗❄️🌲☃️🎅
Thanks so very much Patti! I am having a lovely weekend (though I am working Sunday) and finding some crafty time while my husband is in his shed making sawing and drilling noises.... these aren't so good for voice overs but at least may be different to the bird squarks. Stay safe and have fun crafting Patti!
Woo hoo! It's my favorite card series with my favorite card maker! Lovely to see your beautiful face today. I have some of these older stamps and dies. Can't wait to break them out again. Thanks for the inspiration.
I usually dislike poinsettias, but the big cream and pink one is beautiful. It was so nice to see your face at the start of the video. I agree that you have a gorgeous smile that really suits your chuckle!
Thank you for sharing. Living in Western Australia where we do not have snow, it is a joy to get ideas other than winter themes for Christmas cards.we do however have poinsettias and Father Christmas. I do wish we had cold and snowy Christmases, just for a change.
I lived in the UK for a few years and it was the weirdest thing to have a 'cold' Christmas, it just didn't feel right lol. Nowadays, if I want to make a snowy cool weather card for Christmas then I do, it's just like I turned the air conditioning on too low lol. Hope you have a great week Elizebeth!
Wow! I love all of your cards. They are really beautiful. I think my favorite was the second card that was partially die cut. The colors of the poinsettia really popped.
Fabulous cards Therese, I love listening to you, it brightens my day too. Thanks for the tip with the colourless blender on the COPIC markers I wouldn’t have ever thought of that idea! Stay safe
Hooray! It's time for your Christmas card series and just in time as I am trying to come up with new ideas using the stamps I own! These cards are beautiful and I actually do not need another poinsettia stamp! I recently gave a ton of cardmaking supplies to a local retirement center when I had to move my craft area to another room. The new room is larger but with no closet and I managed to fill all the shelves with my remaining supplies! My only excuse is that I've been at this for about 20 years and my friends have given me lots of stuff too! That's my story and I'm sticking to it! I loved all your cards, but the first one and the last one were my favorites! I'm looking forward to the next cards in the series as I need inspiration! LOL
How wonderful Barbara, I'm due for a 'cull' too, I'm sure it felt great! I just haven't had to time to do it as yet. i am so happy to hear that you liked the cards and hopefully you can find some inspiration along the way!
Love all these different poinsettias, Therese! SO many!!!:) :) I am loving the pinks for Christmas cards this year! We'll have to wait and see if I follow through!! Great cards and ideas once again!! :)
I'm back. I'm overjoyed, and loving every card. I'm off to shop! [just wanted you to know that the Altenew Festive Poinsettia is my all time fave - and it came out to play in my craft room to play today!] Thank you so much, Therese, for starting this wonderful Season of Christmas off so beautifully! xoxo
You always make that stamp set shine and I totally agree with you it's an amazing Poinsettia.... but I think this year the 3D one surpassed it for me lol.
I thought I had a lot of Poinsettia stamps and dies...good heavens :) I look forward to your Christmas Card Series every year, Therese! Thank you so much for sharing so many great ideas and techniques with us! Your cards are beautiful!!!
Yay! Welcome Jan, I am so very happy you are here, grab a cuppa because there are over 1000 videos to watch lol. And let me know if there is anything you would like to see!
Firstly, I loved seeing your face on the screen today. It was just like a private chat, so unexpected but welcomed. The cards were all gorgeous and I seemed to have almost of them. I make a lot of Christmas cards and poinsettias are my go to. I was quite taken with the partial die cut card. Thank you once again. Cheers Lisa
Yes I am with you there, I adore Poinsettias and love the way they look on Christmas cards. thanks so much for your lovely visit here again today Lisa x
Love your cards, Therese, and enjoyed your little introduction chat. You have a lovely smile that goes along with that little chuckle! Think my favorite cards are the striped on and the last joy card, but all of them are beautiful!
I love poinsettia Christmas cards... and yours are BEAUTIFUL! Thanks for the inspiration. Another card I really love making is nativity. I hope you make some of those as well.
Glad to hear that you like the cards.... I don't think I have any nativity stamps (maybe I'll have to fix that for next year) Hugs and thanks for your lovely visit Robin!
Hi Therese, It is so good to see your face. I love your orange glasses. Your cards are all so pretty but I especially like the purple and pink ones. I'll have to try those colors. I've been pulling out my Christmas stamps getting ready to start my cards. But I still haven't done my fall cards! I'm way behind!
I've never sent a 'fall' card (and we don't really celebrate Halloween here either)... maybe that's why I am getting ahead on my Christmas ones lol. Good luck with your catch up Sheron, maybe you could send out the fall cards for Christmas... as long as you are enjoying what you do it doesn't matter Tx
Oh Therese...it’s so nice to see your face in this video! And how did you know that Poinsettia was going to be my theme this Christmas? Fabulous ideas! TYVM
I absolutely love all your cards! Amazing and classy. Loving Pointsettias as well has inspired me to try some of your techniques. Thanks so much for sharing 🇨🇦
Therese - these are beautiful cards..... poinsettias are not my favorite flower, though I do like the pink-toned ones. But your cards are so inspiring - I may have to break down & get a poinsettia stamp or die, or both!
Karin markers...which I'm trying not to need...ha ha ha... that's soooo me...Loved seeing you at the start of the video Therese.....beautiful cards as always..❤❤❤
Thank you so very much Pri! You already know that I feel like I do 'need' to try them though... I just love my Altenew ones so much and could never use all the 'ink' in them as it is lol.
Lovely to see you again Therese. I'm not a fan of poinsettias IRL, but I love ALL your cards. Looking forward to the rest of this year's series. Stay safe 😷 and well ☺ 🤗 🤗 🤗
You could certainly change these ideas up with any florals that you have and it doesn't even have to be for Christmas, that's what I love about our craft, it's so very adaptive! Hope you have a fabulous weekend Audrey!
Oh lovely lady - what fabulous and gorgeous cards and such great ideas for us to use. Thanks so much for sharing. I love your UA-cams because you're commentary is always so cute when you make an "error", or what you call an error anyway. Makes you human like the rest of us and makes us feel less inept, so thanks for keeping in all your little "glitches". Love them! Can't wait for the next batch. Your colouring is amazing and you make it look effortless. Thanks again Therese. XX Oh, you've done an amazing job listing everything you used, but you mentioned very strong glue dots. I'm struggling to find a brand that I'm comfortable with. Could you please tell me which brand you use that are so strong? Many thanks. Bev again.
Hi Bev, the problem with the supply list was that the full list for all 6 cards didn't fit in the description lol. But you'd be pleased to know that the full list is at my blog post. Here are the Pop Up Glue Dots that I was talking about bit.ly/2SltKYw (this is an affiliate link and if you would prefer not to use that then simply search for the product by name). Hope this helps, thanks so much for all the love you have left today, you know you are the sweetest! Hugs Therese x
@@lostinpaper you are such an inspiration Therese and I love that we see your lovely face to introduce the UA-cam. Thank you, you really DO tell us that the supplies are listed on your blog post, just some of us don't listen and take it all in properly. Too enthralled by your designs. Have just watched No.3 and loved the plaid cards too. Can't wait for No.4. Thanks so much Therese. Hugs to you too. XXX
So great to see your beautiful face. Loved all the cards but the first one was a mega WOW! Looking forward to more fantastic videos, as always. Thanks for sharing your talent with us.
What awesome cards. I always love your same but different. What an extra special treat to see you. Cant wait to see what other things that absolute genius creative mind will come up with. I should plan my budget better so that I am prepared for all the link clicking I know I will be doing. I already have the 2 joy dies from doing that in the past. 😉💞 great to see you and thank you for the poinsettia mini lesson. 😊 off to get a couple of poinsettia stamps.
hahaha I know what you mean, i've often got my cart packed before I remember to link back to my inpsiration creator lol. And as for budget planning, that hasn't existed for me this year, I have been spending just a little too much, but don't tell my hubby ... Hope you have some fun with those Poinsettias!
Thanks so very much Louise, I've had the microphone for about 18 months now and just hadn't had the time to 'sort out the filming' lol. I thought it was about time! I am so happy to hear that it is appreciated x
I absolutely love this series! So glad it's back for Christmas!! While I love all the inspiration for Christmas, I use many of your techniques on year round cards. Thanks so much!
That's great to hear! I know that much of the world does not celebrate Christmas season but we all celebrate something and often it's the idea or the technique that are the real reason to make a card, so I am glad that you use these all year round! Thanks so very much Helen!
Loved all these techniques, so many ways to use our stamps. I’m on a spending freeze. I will be using things that I’ve had to make Christmas cards this year. This gave me so many ideas. Tfs. Blessings!
That's brilliant Bonnie! I am so happy that you can use these ideas with the products that you already have, I am happy to be using some of my old faves too!
I’m binging on your videos tonight. Didn’t realize how much I missed your creativity & calming, soothing voice☺️
Thank you so much Sally 😀
I think your laugh is my favorite part of your videos, don’t get me wrong I adore your cards but your laugh is truly something special. Take care.

I LOVE that you use "older" products! It's real, it bothers me seeing all these new product one all the time, not everyone can do that. Thank you!!
You are so welcome! Hope you enjoy the series Kathy!
I wish you were my neighbor. We could have so much fun and giggles. Love your artistry so much.
Oh yes, that would be wonderful, I 'need' more of you to live near me.... I'll put the kettle on!

Beautiful cards
Thanks so much Pam!
Lovely cards, but what a lovely intro. It was so nice to see you. 😀
Thank you for such beautiful cards. 💫
Glad you like them! Thank you Jan!

Thanks so much Ella!
