god i love the agressive abundance of butterflies
They have the sky for themselves for now basically
I'm excited for a video for the array of butterfly's on Kappa!
@@crystalhull1677 and the perma pillars
I’m excited to see how the predatory butterflies have evolved
@@athos9293 I hope it doesn't change
I can't wait for the flying turtles
I can’t wait to see the creativity
Scientifically explained Gamera flight
Gamera confirmed?!
I think it may some time before we're going to see them.
@@patrykmaksymowicz1502 If it took this long, imagine how long it will take until then!? I think I'll be an adult and totally screwed

I like the detail of a more generic looking snapping turtle occupying the same niche its ancestors did. Aside from providing a contrast to its larger relatives, it also shows that they still occupy the niche of small ambush predators even after 6 million years.
"Don't fix what's not broken."
- Evolution probably...
ye
Like how you have stuff like whale sharks and sting rays, while the basic shark build is still roaming around. Sharks are older than Saturn's rings btw
who cares about homework, new kappa video dropped
True
I like the way you think, random commentor man
I know right and the best part is I have biology homework for tomorrow and it’s on marine life!
agreed. flying turtles would be wild!
Do your homework lil bro
It's only been five months since your first video on Kappa, but the quality has improved massively! Things are fully animated, colors are vibrant, the creations in the first episode are beautifully realized (Especially Raphael and the Moordrums), and everything is just generally great! Be proud man, for you have created actual art here.
Thank you so much, I really tried my best :)
I told you that this could be the next big spec evo project. This one video is higher production quality than even Serina
@@AAAAkaishicÌIÍ636 Honestly, I can see this becoming the next Alien Biospheres, if given a year or so to cook in the oven. I mean goodness, the quality of this series with only two episodes to its name is astounding.
It's only been two videos so far and this project already has the potential to go toe to toe with the greatest works of spec evo like Serina, Alien Biospheres, and The Antarctic Chronicles
@@KappatheWorldofTurtles-tm6zb Biomutant snapper turtles.
Biomutant snapper turtles.

Living in a giant swamp!
Evolution!
I love how this has the vibe of a nature documentary!! Raphael is strangely cute ngl
8:30 "this town ain't big enough for the two of us" ahh turtles 😭
I really liked the evolution tree that you had in the first video. I loved the visuals! I hope you do it again in the future!
Yeah I think I’ll definitely do some more evolution science style videos as well as these documentaries too!
@@KappatheWorldofTurtles-tm6zb I think the combination of these two would work really well, after all that is how most real world educational content does it.
Absolutely incredible, I'm sure these take a lot more effort than the more 'traditional' spec-evo videos, but it's absolutely worth it.
Thank you, really glad you think it’s worth it
I'm so stoked to see Kappa return! Raphael's confrontation was spectacular in its realism. I can't wait to see where the story will go next!
I wonder if this Pantanal/Everglades like habitat will host goant herbivores or colonial triops? What wonders will await?
Thank you! I love that idea!
The Foreverglades, if you will.
The art style is actually insane. Way better than the generic 3d models that are so common in the spec evo community. And the style of the video was cool too. Giving general info on the planet then focusing on one creature. 11/10
It's so back chat
Bear-like "Great Moordrums" were not what I expected, but a welcome surprise.
Incredible work. I love how researched your world is, down to the anatomy of Raphael’s skull. This is one of the most unique and interesting channels I’ve seen!
Its official: now we have bear-turtles
The music kicking in for the Moordrum confrontation was a transcendent experience
Holy cow this is freaking amazing!! The music is incredible, your narration is smooth and clean, and the art is utterly amazing (plus the fact you managed to ANIMATE it?! So cool!). Keep at it man, and don't feel rushed, this was absolutely worth the wait!
The art is so beautiful, finding this channel makes me feel as if I’ve struck gold. There’s big things ahead of you fs
Yayyyyy, more turtle
This is going to be the second coming of the epic of Serina, your work has so much potential and so much skill behind it!
2:36 If life has only existed on this planet for a few million years why is there limestone?
Also love the story-telling format, keep it up!
Oof fair, that’s a variable I missed! I just know that the Florida Everglades are in a limestone basin so didn’t think about it too much more, there’s a lot variables to keep track of! But maybe the terraformers brought it over?
I'm absolutely obsessed with the art direction in this series. There's just something so beautiful about the hulking butterflies flying against the cloudy blue-grey sky. Much love, so excited to see where the series goes!
🐢🦋❤
I really love this world, the crazy amount of butterflies and plants
HOLY SHOOT! HE POSTED AGAIN! Also, “saga of Raphael” sounds both incredibly epic, but also feels like a tmnt joke 🤣
Also also, the little icons for creatures, as well as their names, make me think of monster hunter :3
5:28
“the most fearsome predator in the Jurassic is watching his prey…”
Walking with Dinosaurs mentioned 🗣️🗣️🗣️
THis is really artsy and I love it!
The Moordrums have really cool designs and it was nice getting a glimpse of the lepidopterans!
I wonder if next episode will get a further look of the lepidopterans, mainly the neotenic caterpillars cuz those ones were always my favorite!
Can't wait for the next videos about Leonardo, Donatello and Michelangelo.
Subscribed to the channel when first video dropped, was having a shitty day, this notification just cheered up my day bro
Really glad you liked it and it made your day better :)
8:03 im such a big fan of this scene it just looks so good
9:17 I was so excited and worried then, ALSO THE MUSIC!!!!
Incredible, I like how you're structuring this world, the first episode as a little introduction, and now it continues as a nature documentary, plus I love the design of the turtles.
The idea of hurricanes being less of a disaster and more like a blessing by washing away toxic algal blooms is such a novel and beautiful concept. You've created a beautiful word here.
I really like this format. Also the fact theres so many butterflies every time anything moves it looks amazing by default as they fly away.
After watching the only thing that describes this is BEAUTIFUL
No wonder its been some time. A animated Spec evo story!
Never thought I'd be this invested in turtles. This is insanely high quality!
Hell yes loved the first Kappa video
Hell yeee! I was waiting for this.
this is actually the coolest thing ever
You should add to Kappa fungus, or related organisms, decomposers, and organisms that cause infections, for example the cordyceps fungus.
HOLY SMOKES EVERYTHINGS SO PRETTY/COOL :0. Also very cool biosphere, the world continues to expand >:3. And the musics great too. All in all this is structured so well im genuinly so impressed. I obviously subbed cause i knew id enjoy your channel but this has far exeeded my expectations in the best ways possible.
Thank you I’m so glad you liked it! Not gonna lie I was pretty nervous about this one, but hopefully it does ok
@@KappatheWorldofTurtles-tm6zb I genuinly hope this blows up. I first got into speculative biospheres from biblaridon and after that not many have peaked my interest, and some that do...well they didn't go on for very long. This has sparked the same joy I felt when I first found out there was content out there like it. So please keep doin what your doing. Take your time and take care of yourself. Goodluck and I look forward to more from this, and you :D.
He's back !! This is amazing 🐢
I really like this it reminds me of dinosauria
Something that makes your seed worlds so different is that i can visually imagine it with your amazingly detailed animations. Keep up the good work!
This is such a cool world! Can't wait to see what kind of turtles and other creatures appear going forward.
I can't wait to see more of kappa, this is pretty cool and this seems fun to do... Maybe I should try to do something like this?
This series is absolutely amazing!
Just want to say that this is exceptionally well done. Congrats on the success! I'm already brainstorming of how to set a Mothership adventure on Kappa👽
So happy to see a new video
Thank you for Kappa.
You’re so welcome :3
I feel like Raphael wil reach his full size and pick one of them one by one.
character development XD
@@Chillyplanet840 real
The fact that the quality of this is better than some real documentaries is crazy
Only just started and I’m already routing for our guy Raphael. Ready to see how his story goes.
Cool!
Genuinely this is one of my favourite spec evo projects of maybe all time already. I really love how it’s portrayed like a nature documentary!
Nooo don’t bully Raphael we love Raphael
Comment for the algorithm. Looking forward to seeing if our boy makes it. Wondering if we see a large herbivore
I have a Mathematics test on Tuesday but this is peak .
Just when I thought I'd had enough screen time today, I get this notification. Sometimes the universe works in mysterious ways.
this video is butifull if this gets a avatar like movie it's gone be next level
1:34 oh that’s every species extinct
YES ITS FINALLY HERE
I will come back to edit when I'm done watching...
Editing: I loved this so much! The animation sound and design is beautiful and so unique!
The way you tell thus story truly sounds like a documentary of another world and each animal feels real
I'm extremely excited seeing thus progress and hope this gets to the people it needs to make it great
Amazing work!
this is actually like, impeccable, dude. why arent you charging me money to see this?
Oh my word, the production quality on his is insane. I'm so excited to see more of this
I would love to see these animal pov videos with the occasional evolution check up.
I love how this is made like a documentary! I love Kappa!
This is awesome! Definetly the best spec-evo video I've ever seen!
If I was to give one small advice it would be to add a subtitles because right now as a non-native speaker I'm unsure of how to properly write some of the names you give out in the video.
The wetlands of Kappa are so beautiful.
the art for this series is absolutely and genuinely beautiful and breathtaking. the wait was definitely worth the amount of time and effort put into this video.
Madly Mesozoic send a link to this video. And I'm not disappointed in the slightest. Stupendous job with this one. Considere me subscribed.
Excelente video, sin duda la espera valio la pena
Saludos desde Argentina 🇦🇷🐢
Wtf
No han pasado ni 3 minutos y ya me diste corazón v:
It's so breath-taking, and it feels so personal to see these scenes of the world as it IS instead of being told how it changes from a bird's eye perspective.
Raphael!? One of the 4 prophets has been found! Kappa is saved!
Its so good to see a return to this project
Oh wow, this was absolutely gorgeous. I watched your first video a few days ago, and was blown away, and now watching your second video, I'm blown away yet again. I wasn't sure what to think about the shift to a more documentary style but I honestly think it paid off massively. The mix of spec-evo stuff and narrative drama is incredibly enthralling. Every frame is fantastic.
Whenever your next video is, 6 months, a year, doesn't matter, I'll be waiting and showing this to as many friends as possible in the interim.
Ok, so first we have normal butterfly in the beginning, then eagle sized butterflies, then butterflies with a 1M WINGSPAN?!?
Lore accurate ninja turtles
Almost did notice Raphel was a referance to tmnt, its been so long since ive seen the show
I love the new art direction you took. This is amazing
I love that you’re not just making science videos but also documentary’s (I would love to see maybe a multi part series following an individual from hatchling to death). This visuals in this are brilliant never stop making these man!
Absolutely AMAZING!!! Some of the BEST production quality I’ve EVER seen!
The animation is absolutely gorgeous. Honestly, I hope this series thrives. Great Job. The creativity and direction are incredible.
OMG FINALLY IVE BEEN WATING SO LONG OMG OMG
This is brilliant! The narration almost reminds me of the Walking With series, & your animation is stunning!
I NEED this as a creature survival game. I'd play it non-stop
This series is incredible!!! The stylization feels like a CD-Rom from the early 00s, the fusion of CGI and hand-drawn, just so great.
This is incredible
The animation, the story, the coloring and comic-book type artstyle, all gorgeous! Amazing work
I am amazed with how beautifully you made every damn scene. Never knew i needed spec-evo like this until now
Guys new video!!
ASSEMBLE, KAPPA ENJOYERS
This video was really amazing. Your artwork, animations and documentary style is just incredibly well done and really sets it apart from other spec evo projects on UA-cam. Please keep making more of this!
I’m so happy to see a new episode. This whole week i just couldn’t stop thinking about Kappa recently even tho it’s been months since I watched the 1st episode. The animation style, the narration and the style of story is so incredible
This scratches an itch I previously didn't know I had. It's insane how much I love this series.
This is genuinely incredible! The atmosphere is so cool as well as all of the creatures! The animation and art style is just gorgeous. Thanks so much for this awesome work, I can't wait to see more!
I don't normally watch videos like this, but somehow you've captivated me with this world you are building. I think that says something about what you have here, and I'm definitely inspired to continue building my fictional habitat too. This is why I love art
Well, my evening cleared up with this
This is as amazing as it is beautiful. I’m so happy I tumbled on your first video when it came out. This was worth the wait ! Doesn’t matter how long it’ll take for you to continue, I’ll always be there ! 😊
9:30 These effers are scary
I think this video is a monumental achievement. I really hope you receive the support needed to continue this series.
Been here since day 1, and am very happy I stuck around!!! Really love how this video changed moods so swiftly, and the art is also amazing. Thank you for Kappa, the wait was worth it!
This is absolutely one of the best seed world projects on UA-cam right now, the amount of artistry in this project is spectacular!
I don't know if I like this video or the first video better
