A product/item is called a listing and a listing needs their own individual accounts apparently, correct me if I'm wrong, thnx

An account is just like a website. You can choose to sell just t-shirts for example or you can choose to sell wedding items, or house items or organizations products. Or you can decide to put all those things on your shop. You can choose however you want your shop to be. Just remember to brand so that your customers will know you for something. ​@@DelphineTamukongBut there's one more thing I dont understand, why would you fill the description of your item on Printify, pple aren't going to see your Printify page, just your Etsy page. If it's because it's synced together then does that mean if you fill the description on Printify you won't have to fill the description on Etsy and the same vice versa? Cuz I'm worried filling them both will overwrite my items description.

​@@nikitakumi3697 Hi Overcomer, You're right in thinking that the description on Printify and Etsy are synced together. When you fill in the description on Printify, it gets automatically transferred to Etsy when you sync your product. However, you can still make changes on either platform even after syncing.
For example, I usually start by writing the basic description on Printify, and then I make any final adjustments directly on Etsy. This way, I have control over how it appears to customers on Etsy, and I can ensure everything looks good before the product goes live.
Also, don't worry about overwriting-if you update the description on Etsy after syncing, it won’t automatically change back when you make future updates on Printify. You have the flexibility to adjust your descriptions on either platform as needed.

You can go to Etsy help, choose the exact issue you need help with and then send them an email 💕💕
