    I can say that I paid for mine, can show the receipts lol. Anyway I’ve been extremely happy with mine and their customer service is unmatched by any that I have personally experienced.

      I watched every V11 review that I could find prior to ordering one and they all were from people who had been sent one. I agree the customer service is very good. I was able to have a problem free flight with the replacement V11, 500m before the video feed started freezing but then the weather turned and I haven’t been able to get back up since. Tomorrow is supposed to be finally be clear so I’m going to get it back out and put it through its paces, I really want to like the drone and be confident that it will again be problem free but it’s been a frustrating journey so far.

      @@116falconer from my own personal experiences, and I have had quite a few flights under my belt. Anytime that I have a video freezing issue it’s generally caused by interference from something whether it is a power-line or a nearby Wi-Fi signal that somehow gets in the way.. that is how I ended up crashing into the tree in the first place. I did not have my return altitude high enough and I caught a top branch. To help with the problem, I have found that making sure that my controller is pointing towards the drone. Also, if I notice my video starting to freeze is I go higher. I know it seems scary to go higher when you can’t see but it usually helps. If it doesn’t clear up just hit the return home. Just Make sure your return height is high enough to clear trees.

    The first time you flew the one with the green screen, did it have a normal screen? If it was always green, may sound dumb, but is there any protective film on the camera lens for shipping? Just make sure that was taken off if there was one.

      No the plastic is off the camera and everything else except for the one controller. I’m going to give it a tomorrow if the weather holds. I’ll let you know what happens 🍺🍺🍺🍺

      If you’re referring to the V11 I’m pretty sure it was the BRAND NEW Motorola I bought that was causing the issue BUT I also was having an issue using my iPhone and I think that was caused by dust in the charging port. I just bought a Samsung galaxy 14 and I’m waiting for the weather to cooperate to give it a try again. Personally I would suggest buying a DJI. Here’s a video where I lost connection using my iPhone.

      @@116falconer Try something for me. The next time the signal gets janky, raise the drone 10-20 meters and see if that helps.
