It took me years of praying and surrendering my life to Jesus to get rid of anxiety. ..... these are demonic powers that are so rigid..only God fights ur battle..just dont give up...i now have so much peace and Gods assurance.

God bless everyone. I am a health coach and God recently revealed how I was holding on to tension (anxiety) in my body (muscle tightness). Im going to develop a program (scripture based) along with exercise and nutrition to combat this. God is leading me on the path back to true health and well being. NO PSYCH DRUGS... True health. When I was undergoing extreme health problems and overwhelmed by anxiety I got into the Word and it was the only thing that helped calm my spirit. Just shared this with my nephew who is currently suffering with anxiety and bad thoughts

I didn’t even know I was anxious but I knew I needed to renew my mind by meditating on verses about fear and man did the Holy Spirit stir up in me as I feasted and filled my spirit with these verses when we strengthen our spirit within with the living Word the flesh starts to starve. This time listening for the first time I could feel a tickling stirring in my chest like deep in where I think my soul is. I believe Holy Spirit in us gets excited and literally starts strengthen us in joy peace and love when we meditate on God’s word . I feel a growing desire to listen or read to Gods word again and that’s what I’ve needed the most❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉

If you don't want to worry, be careful to not think of difficulty. Difficulty is the cause of worry. The goal of worry is to find a way to deal with a difficulty.
