U don’t have to say the term “poor English”, just replacing it with “imperfect English” or “my English is not perfect”. Overall ur English is very good in terms of pronunciation, grammatical accuracy and lexicon. If possible, u can improve the logic of expression in English by watching more English presentations on UA-cam or other platforms AMAP. This is, from my perspective, most of Chinese native speakers need to enhance but to typically ignore when doing presentations in English after I came to Canada for my graduate studies. That’s because English and Chinese are highly dissimilar in the context of expressing logic, and improving it is very challenging especially most of people are unaware of this problem. Also, u don’t have to pay much attentions for accent issues, that’s because u are not a native speaker and most of non native speakers has accent. I am from China and spent four years in Taiwan for my undergraduate studies, and I figured that most of people from both places are overly focused on the accent and grammar issues while ignoring the fluency and language logic when learning English. But that’s not right.
