This documentary is at least ten years old. Jim passed away in 2017. He wrote Crossfire in 1982 and it wasn’t released until 1989 because so many publishers weren’t brave enough. Jim also wrote books about UFO cover ups long before most along with 100s of talks and interviews.

Why do we have better pictures of planets farther than the moon in detail, but only crappy ones of the moon?
I could answer that, but my post would be BLOCKED! The answers can be found in back issues of Adastra which is the newsletter for Buzz Aldrin's National Space Society.
We do have the same quality pictures from the moon. But just recently because for decades nobody sent a probe there. Good that now several nations sending probes. Meaning controlling publications is much more difficult. If you ask yourself, why not just use a telescope. Telescope pictures of other planets are never really closeup. For example, to see an object below 10 m on the moons surface from earth you would need a telescope with a lens aperture of around 60 meters in diameter. Formula is Resolution in RAD = Wavelength light/Diameter lens. Most bigger telescopes on earth are radio telescopes. So no visible light.

14:36 75. There are several small artificial 'moons' near Saturn that belong to the various extra-terrestrial groups. Some of them are large metallic objects, hollow on the inside, that they use as their main bases in our solar system. They manufactured them to resemble rock moons so that modern telescopes will not be able to tell the difference.
