Only Jones would still be trying to hold out weighing Murray over Brown until last week.
The on-air personalities at WEEI have been pretty insufferable across the board for years, mostly because of the attitudes that led to these kinds of takes in the first place (which were actually pretty lousy in real time if we’re being honest). But I will give credit for owning those bad takes. Won’t be worth much if lessons aren’t learned however.
Shout out Danny Ainge, I’d have liked to have seen him at the parade. I know he works for the Jazz now but we all know 😂😂😂
Jones is wrong about everything. This was no different
So like, wrong about everything? For years?
Guys- first you said JB is top 25 or so and then you quickly realized that was a dumb take and you said top 15. OK List for me the 14 players better than JB. Only 3 to 5 or so would be really legit no question choices. I’m waiting.
Guys - just admit you don’t understand basketball and move on to something else.
Just goes to show you, shut your mouth because you just don’t know anything. That old adage broken clock is correct twice a day, stop mouthing off as if you’re an expert in anything, you’re just babbling for the show. I laugh when these people speak with such authority… you’re not part of the decision making process. You can’t know everything about a person or situation.
I think people talk like this just so you can crow about it when you guess correctly once.
