I will not even get into the race issue. Bottom line is what is better for my country. So, since Andrew has been in power, I have seen a stable USD, reduced interest rates and not just no new taxes but reduced or removal of some taxes. Nigel removed Minimum Business Tax and Asset Tax from non financial sectors. Those 2 things were a big boost to my small business. In addition, as a small business I also qualify for the Tax threshold for my company, another boost. The income tax threshold has increased giving greater spending power to so many Jamaicans, GCT has been reduced. I will not even get into infrastural development and investment in the country, far beyond I have ever seen in my life time. The JLP just based on performance doesn't need to go down there with the PNP because on performance alone, there is not even a comparison. So my prayer is that Jamaicans vote on betterment for our country than our emotions, our country deserve better, we deserve better, not just hand out and belly full but sustained development of our country.
